I bought a vehicle from here remotely. In case people do not know when a dealership sells a used car (especially one that costs more than the average price of a new car $50k) from a supposed " high end" dealership at retail price one the car should be presented and sold a certain way and in a certain condition. The vehicle I bought was sold and delivered as if I was buying it from a private party. They basically took the car in on trade, gave it a quick wash, (they said they did a full detail along with exterior and interior protection package ) swapped out the window switches and blew it out the door before the end of the year. Besides this there were parts missing from the vehicle one (safety item). I sent the salesperson, owner and GM the below is part of the letter letter outlining the issues, NO REPLY. This is not just another typical dealership it is far worse. Upon arrival I looked the vehicle over. There was of course a small layer of dirt from weather during shipping. However, it was also obvious that the vehicle was not detailed and protected as your dealership mentioned it was going to be. Further, the vehicle has obvious defects, was missing parts from the interior. And showed two safety issues. Vehicle needs close to $4000 in parts ($1640 in missing safety equipment) to bring up to retail level. When a vehicle is detailed on the exterior, Paint is decontaminated, polished if needed to remove minor scuff marks and wax/protectant is applied to the paint. Another protectant is to be applied to black trim etc. This vehicle only had protectant on the tires, black trim etc is dry. I then inspected the paint which after wiping with wet towel ( to remove what little accumulated during transport) should be smooth as you pass your hand over it, and bead water. The only part of the vehicle that displayed such condition was the hood. The roof has contaminants in the paint and the sides of the vehicle have minor scuff marks which would have been easily removed if the vehicle was actually detailed. The front grille had accumulation of dirt way more than what would be normal from the trip on the transport. Further, the chrome finish on the emblem is partially peeling where a sharp piece of chrome is protruding from it. If someone washed this area, (as there were supposed to during a detail) this sharp piece would have broken off. Now it creates an unsafe situation as if someone was to pass their hand over the emblem they would be easily cut. The interior further disappointed. The leather parts are clean however very dry (no way any protection was recently applied) The carpet is stained just in front of the driver seat (this would have been easily cleaned as well if the vehicle was detailed) There is accumulation of dirt and dust on the pedals and the area behind the pedals. In the trunk area there is a zip tie strap on one of the luggage holders which if detailed would have been removed. It is obvious that the supposed “detail” on this vehicle was just a quick car wash, tire dressing, cleaning and installing plastic liners on floor mats. There are some obvious defects on this vehicle as well. The center rear seat headrest (safety item) and rear cargo cover are missing from the interior, Other additional obvious defects, the driver seat trim is broken. The stainless/ chrome sill in the luggage area is beat up in a way which would be more than “normal use” for this type of vehicle, The headliner is sagging/coming down at the back of the...

I had a frustrating experience with Vegas Auto Gallery (Lotus Las Vegas) while trying to purchase a Mercedes-Benz 190E Evolution II. The car had been on the market for some time, and had undergone 2 price adjustments when I reached out to Ken, a sales representative, to start the purchase process.
I requested a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) through German Motors (Dave), which the dealership agreed to. I paid $300 out of pocket for the inspection. From there, we negotiated a final deal of $250,000, with an agreement that I would wire the funds on Monday since that would be the earliest time they can receive the funds.
Ken assured me he would send the paperwork in the meantime—but never did. On Monday at 8:09 AM, I texted him requesting the contract and wire details. He responded at 8:11 AM, saying he would send it shortly. By 12:24 PM, with still no response and banks closing soon, I followed up again. Then at 12:55 PM, I got a call saying “the car just sold”—despite us already having a deal that went through different internal approvals from management.
This raises major concerns: How does a dealership lose track of a deal involving multiple levels of management?
Why did I have to chase them for paperwork while they sold the car out from under me?
Did they use my PPI results to shop the car to another buyer?
Their excuse of “internal miscommunication” is unacceptable. This dealership lacks professionalism, and their actions feel deceptive at best, unethical at worst. If you’re considering buying from them, be prepared for unexpected surprises. My customer experience with Vegas Auto Gallery is what gives dealerships/sales rep a bad reputation and this facility does not believe in long term customer relationships.

Read moreMy husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Vegas Auto Gallery. Let me start by saying I am probably the most type A person you will ever encounter so when I say the customer service and attention to detail were impeccable, I don’t say that lightly. We came to them after several unpleasant experiences trying to complete a complicated transaction. My husband is Active Duty - we live in one state, keep our cars titled/registered in another and have drivers licenses in two different states. Most dealers wouldn’t entertain working with us, let alone treat someone who calls with this type of request with the same attention and seriousness as someone who comes into the showroom/is in the same state. We completed most of the transaction/trade in process from a different state until my husband went to pick it my new vehicle. Sarah was a breath of fresh air after being ghosted by several other dealers and Blake was willing to make himself available in odd hours around my husband’s unpredictable and restrictive work schedule. He also cut to the chase when it came to negotiations and didn’t waste our time. We can’t say enough about how seamless this process was despite our unique request. Sarah sent photos just like I had been there picking up the vehicle and followed up to make sure everything was all set after we had the vehicle for a few days. Blake even let my husband bring home the big red bow so he could surprise me with the full experience when he pulled in the driveway. When it’s time to say goodbye to my husband’s truck in a year or so we will definitely be giving Sarah and Blake a call to see what they have in...
