Walgreens — Attraction in Palm Harbor

Huh? June 14th I handed over a camera with film to be developed. I received a slip that said I’d pickup the photos on June 21st @ 5pm. I didn’t get an email or anything? So im glad I kept the slip (pictured). I didn’t receive any notifications about it being ready so I called June 22nd to see if they were ready. Cynthia, who answered, went to check, didn’t see my photos, so she went to check again. Meanwhile I heard her complaining about some sort of rent-a-car situation to her co-workers and how she will talk to the manager about it. Then she greeted customers, i thought she had forgotten me but she came back and said I had to wait because she had a line of people. Which is fine, im patient. I was getting nervous though as it’s not like I have copies of these photos anywhere else and they took my film. Anyways, she came back and said they don’t have it yet. I asked if she knew when I would get them, she said they have no idea but it can take a few weeks. I said ok but it told me to pick them up yesterday. She said that’s really weird as they never guarantee pickup times and didn’t know who wrote that… i asked if I would be notified when the photos were ready she said she didn’t know. Honestly i’m just scared now. I gave away my only set of film and have had no communication, no confirmation, and im given no guarantee really i will ever actually get the photos…. I would honestly just like my camera back so I can go somewhere else but they gave it to whatever people do the film development. Also they never confirmed how much it will actually cost so im nervous about that too now. I don’t trust this walgreens at all unfortunately now. And I know that’s not Cynthia’s fault but she didn’t help assure me in...

Went there this morning to pick up a couple of things and there was no prices on a body wash so I found a young lady with long dark hair complaining about other employees to another employee who is loading the freezer so when she finally realized I was standing there for about 10 minutes I asked her if she could please give me a price on this product she seemed very bothered she was rude she huffed and puffed and finally gave me a price never even greeted me said hello or anything else the older lady behind the counter is always very lovely so I hate to give it a bad review but unfortunately if somebody is going to be in retail they really should have a little bit better personality and treating their customers a little bit better Honestly I don't want to go back if that girl...

I needed a proof of shot record printed for work. Very simple process to go on Florida Shots and print out the record. The pharmacist Cheryl refused to do it. I’ve never seen a more incompetent degrading pharmacist. I’ve had to do this several times for my job and for different doctors appointments and have never had a problem before. It’s also worth noting I was on hold for 17 minutes to help save time and get it printed beforehand, but was at pharmacy before they answered the phone. I understand why the negative reviews because of just how awful the pharmacist and technicians are. I was a pharmacy technician at Walgreens for 6+ years and have never thought I would be writing this review. Just terrible patient and...
