I love this gym because of the lovely staff members that welcome me daily, specifically Andres Fernandez. Andres always welcomes me with a smile & a positive word. He always encourages me & has great fitness tips to improve my workout/diet journey.

I love my trainer Luis Utrera. He is the positive reinforcement I need while working out. He communicates with me effectively & is sure that I’m not slacking on my reps or that I’m in pain because of too much weight. Luis is educated in his field of personal training & always willing to speak with me about any of the workouts I had issues with & how to improve my posture/form to gain the best results from the efforts I’m making to change my body.

Thanks to John Malianos for pairing me with Luis. John was originally my trainer at another location. However, John was promoted to Gym Director at this location (which doesn’t surprise me), he paired me with awesome Luis! John always has a positive attitude & encouraging trainer/support. He has corrected & pushed me to do better while I workout. He is kind & always has a smile on his face. He is professional attitude towards his clients & a willingness to help all of us, at a moment’s notice.

I love this gym facility because it is huge & has tons of amenities that enjoy daily. My only critique is that the music is sometimes way too loud & the bathrooms could be wiped down & swept a bit more.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but after having years of experience with this gym, it’s about time to do so. The customer service is about little to none, a lot of employees at the front desk tend to be hooked to their phones, when you walk in the people at the front barely acknowledge you although I will say they have hired new people and I’ve seen VERY little improvement in this recently. The main employee that works at 5am currently is very polite and does greet you. They charge you a $53 annual fee and when I asked, they said it goes to maintenance at the gym. I can confidently say little to NO maintenance gets done at this gym. Very basic things like adding oil to the metal on equipment doesn’t even get done. A leg press machine AND cable machine were both broken for MONTHS recently. Machines usually stay* broken for months. The machines don’t even receive basic maintenance so I’m not sure exactly what the annual fee is going towards. Even when shut down they were STILL charging people monthly membership fees and then proceeded to raise their monthly membership prices by about $5. I have had experience at this gym for years, since it opened, and will no longer be returning as I’ve expressed my complaints before and have never seen any progress. My experience with this gym has been marred by deceitful practices. Upon signing up for what I believed to be a simple monthly membership, I later discovered an undisclosed annual fee buried in the fine print. This lack of transparency is utterly unacceptable.

It's appalling that the management chooses to hide crucial information from potential customers. This deliberate omission feels like a betrayal of trust. As a consumer, I expect honesty and clarity when making financial commitments. Instead, I was blindsided by an unexpected financial burden.

This deceptive tactic reflects poorly on the integrity of this establishment. It's clear that the primary concern here is maximizing profits at the expense of customer satisfaction. Such unethical behavior should not be tolerated in any reputable business.

I strongly urge prospective members to think twice before joining this gym. If you value transparency and fair treatment, look elsewhere. Management must be held accountable for their deceptive practices and take immediate steps to rectify this situation.
