Game X Change — Attraction in Conway

Staff is overall nice but incapable of helping more then one person at a time, the store has that dirty pawn shop feel and the prices reflect that, you won't pay top dollar for most titles but that's because they're probably damaged in some way. Destroyed/incorrect cases are littered through out the store and they have no problem selling high dollar collector games for full price even if it's missing the case/manual or if the disc is wrecked. Not to mention employees play personal music in the store which just leaves it with a strange grimy atmosphere. Trade ins are a complete joke here as well, you would be better off trading to Game Point or even GameStop if your looking for a fair amount. When I shop at Gamexchange I simply can't wait to leave with my receipt firmly in hand because I know there's a decent chance my game won't work. If your willing to take the risk you might find the titles you've been looking for at a cheap price but you won't enjoy your time...

Bought a game Saturday and 2 more on Sunday and a memory card. Well the game that I bought on Saturday and one of the 2 games I bought on Sunday 11/17 both did not work. So I wen to the store to exchange , I want the games just want them to work. I only had the receipt for the one on Sunday. Without a receipt they won’t exchange it (which is understandable) but even if I have the receipt and you don’t have the game you can’t give me my money back? In store credit? Why I need in store credit when you don’t have what I want. Also cannot even give me money back or store credit on the memory card because with accessories is only if they don’t work. I bought a 16mb but that’s not enough for one of the games. They don’t have bigger ones. It’s so ridiculous that your game doesn’t work and you cannot give me...

I've really got to stop coming here. I never buy anything from here without checking the disc because almost everything in there is damaged. Seems like there's a 50/50 chance on whether or not a case is water damaged or sun bleached. Employees spend way to much time hanging out and not enough time keeping their store clean or organized. Came to the front to check out and all three of them sat there talking about this ladies life situation instead of getting up to check me out. Even when someone did come to help me he threw my games at me when I asked to check the discs. Today I can't even buy a game because they've misplaced the disc but it's okay I can stand and wait while the two employees both help someone else with their issue first.
