Wilkinson's Mall — Attraction in Conway

Went here to look for a new pair of shoes. Went to the shoe section and didn't realize they had a separate area for specific higher/less common sizes. The salesman was very good and very accommodating. I would like more colorways and styles for the less common, larger sizes but I also understand that because they are in less demand they need to dedicate more space to the more common sizes. I'm sure something can be done to arrange more spaces for different styles and colorways for larger shoes.

Anyways, I liked one of the options and asked to try the other side so the salesman brought it out. He also noticed there was a wide one available so he brought that out too. I preferred the 15 wide. I was about to buy them and noticed several indentations on the toe and when I reached inside the shoe I could feel them poking into the toe area. I have no idea what this was but it was some kind of defect I think.

I let them know and asked if they can bring another pair out and that was the only one they had in 15 wide. They offered to order a new pair, but they said I would have to wait until October 9th (over a month away) and then wait 2 more weeks for them to receive the shoes. This is too long for me.

I really wanted to give them business because they're local and did a great job but I won't spend $150 on shoes that are defective from the box. and I need them soon. They also don't promote any kind of political messages (as far as I noticed). They stay neutral, like a business should be. Giving me the best service and product for my hard-earned money is what their job is -- not letting me know their political views. I bring this up after a long day of shopping in Little Rock and seeing a lot of stupidity plastered on the windows.

They also didn't give me any problem for not being a sheep and wearing a mask.

So I bought some online at REI (the only place with this colorway and size available right now).

I'll definitely go back there when I need something else and recommend it to others. Go...

I was never greeted by anyone and I approached a group of worker standing around taking to each other I open the conversation oh my goodness this store keeps going on and on how wonderful there’s so much things in here than the guy told me to go to the athletic wear and I felt like I was being hurried and dismissed and judged and felt very uncomfortable and left like the only interaction as far as communication I had from any employees was because I did the communing I got to close to the door they would come up behind me but never say anything . I felt’s so Very uncomfortable that I rather leave than have the anxiety of what the employees were doing never was I asked do you need any help or can I help find your size but I had lots of questions about merchandise and how they felt about it and was the product good???? The good feeling you get from shopping was null and I like to look shop and have a good time. I didn’t get the customer experience At all now, they had the only reason why I gave it a three because they have a wonderful wonderful merchandise good stuff I wanted to look at it. I wanted to see it. I want to touch it. I want to take pictures in my boyfriend and I felt so out of place because of your employees. today was at Wilkinson mall the first one their with my little best friend hary the ball python thinking it would be ok since they allow dogs..something that is way more vicious or could be more vicious than a snake allowed in their building. Once in the building looked around for about 510 minutes and then was approached by a general manager named Cole. Told me that my snake would make other employees and customers feel uncomfortable. Never did I ask him. What about someone bringing a dog or a cat and making them making them feel uncomfortable as well. He then asked me that I needed to leave and I could not take my business. So I said okay as I proceeded to walk out towards out of the store. He was trying to ask me about my animal. I didn't told him to quit bothering me and leave me alone. As it was not an essential, nor need to ask him. Be quiet as if you didn't want my business. So as of to. Day Wilkinson's mom will no longer have my business. Nor do I think that they are good people. You wouldn't allow people to bring a dog into your store. That could hurt somebody and it could run you down but wouldn't allow that.
