In response to Curt Digla & Nordrissa Lewis: I completely disagree with this review, as my experiences at this venue have always and consistently been the complete opposite. It’s clear that the reviewer had a frustrating visit, but many of their complaints seem exaggerated or based on misunderstandings. First, calling this place a "glorified daycare" is unfair. It’s an indoor entertainment space designed for kids to have fun in a safe and engaging environment. The bounce houses, attractions, and activities are exactly what one would expect from a family-friendly venue. It makes perfect business sense for certain attractions to be available only on specific days to encourage visits during slower periods (i.e. Wednesday)—this is a common business strategy, not an attempt to deceive customers. Regarding pricing, hosting a party at any entertainment venue comes with costs, and $416 for a birthday party that includes a dedicated space, play areas, and food is actually quite reasonable compared to similar venues. Pizza and Capri Suns are standard party offerings, and expecting gourmet options at this price point is unrealistic. As for the cake, I don’t know of a single venue that includes cakes as part of the package—outside cakes are clearly allowed, so all it takes is asking. However, last-minute issues can happen anywhere, and instead of escalating frustration, a simple check with staff could have clarified the situation. The owners and their family members are PHENOMENAL, and their staff is professional. If a child was asked to remove a wristband, I have no doubt it was handled appropriately. The accusation of racial favoritism is not only unfair but also unfounded—THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT OPERATE ON RACIAL BIAS. Additionally, the claim that the venue fabricates positive reviews is simply false. Comparing this experience to renting a bounce house at home completely ignores the fact that not everyone has the space, time, or desire to host a party themselves. Many parents appreciate the convenience of an all-in-one venue where they don’t have to worry about setup, cleanup, or keeping kids entertained. This review is overly negative and fails to recognize the value this venue provides. My personal experience, as well as that of many others, has been overwhelmingly positive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO PARENTS—IT IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST INDOOR PLAY AREAS WE HAVE EVER TAKEN OUR LITTLE ONE TO. WE WILL BE BACK...
Read moreI was searching for an indoor playroom in my area to take my nearly 20-month-old granddaughter and found Eve's Garden at the last minute when I had almost given up. I wasn't in the mood for the chaos of a trampoline park, but with the extreme heat, I knew we wanted to be indoors. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the safe, clean and fun environment. My granddaughter had an absolute blast, and to my surprise, my 11-year-old son enjoyed himself as well. They had air hockey, basketball, jumbo connect 4, an inflatable obstacle course, an interactive sand room and an interactive ball game room with a projector for him.
The variety of activities available kept both children entertained and busy. It took my granddaughter a little while to acclimate, but in no time, she was running around, laughing and playing! For this outing, I was specifically looking for a toddler-friendly space, ensuring she could have fun without the risk of being trampled by bigger kids. Eve's Garden perfectly fit the bill, and it was an added bonus that my son also had a great time. The music was amazing, and although we didn't partake because we had just eaten, I saw that they had a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase.
I've already recommended Eve's Garden to a dozen friends and family and can't wait to visit again when my granddaughter is back in town. The experience, staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere were all top-notch....
Read moreWe had our daughter’s second birthday party here the other weekend and it went so amazing. Everyone was so helpful, kind and eager to assist or make things easier for us. I really couldn’t say enough great things about the establishment and the family who runs it. The thing that drew me in to this facility is how it is someplace safer and more aimed to the younger kids. Taking my toddler to a big name jump place is absolutely out of the question. They’d get trampled before getting completely through the door. At Eve’s garden, I know she’s able to run and jump and play- just living her best life and I don’t have to be in constant fear she’s going to get ran over by a big kid. Don’t get me wrong, they have things aimed for the older kids, it’s not just for toddlers. My 8 year old daughter and 9 year old niece had a blast there as well! There’s a really cool obstacle course kinda thing that they had a great time with. There’s an interactive sand table that’s one of the coolest things I’ve seen for kids in a long time. Ok maybe not just for kids cause I did play with it too lol and there’s an air hockey table that took me back to my childhood daycare days. Overall, this place is great. The staff is great. The environment is great. We will definitely be back to Eve’s garden indoor playground!!! Thank you all again so much for helping us with our party. Top tier. 10/10 very much...
