Went to Taco Bell for the first time in more than six months, and was treated poorly by the cashier in the drive thru. My spouse and I asked for a moment to study the menu, as it was completely different from when I’d been there last, but the screen on the electronic board was also incredibly dark, which made it difficult to make anything out, despite it being broad daylight. After about a minute of trying to read the darkened screen and figure out our order, the cashier came back over the speaker sounding annoyed. They told me they were “on a timer and trying to win a competition,” and went on to insist, “Ma’am! Do you know what you want yet?! I mean…” and then literally scoffed at me as if I was causing a problem. I was the only car in the line when I got there and another person didn’t even show up until a moment before this incident. I left the drive thru without ordering anything, and I won’t be coming back. I’ve worked in drive thrus and restaurants for many years, and I know how much pressure corporate might put on cashiers to reduce lane times, but that’s no excuse for this kind of rudeness and poor behavior. It’s also not the first time I’ve been to this location and had other mean interactions from workers. No one should have to pay $12 a person for crappy fast food (period!) and then also get abused...
Read moreMilo the manager (if that's even his name when asked) is extremely rude individual. Overall we waited like 40min for our food. Milo even said you didn't have to wait you could have left, but when you have children that get taco bell as a treat, I did choose to wait. He refused to give us ANY sauce (oddly). Our crunchy tacos were broken and hardly anything in it. The chx quessidilla had sauce in it when ordered w out. We never received the sour cream we wanted for them as well. The soft tacos were a soggy mess. It was a very uncomfortable experience that Milo escalated a situation where it wasn't. Luckily another employee gave me some sauces!! Never was I rude or disrespectful, but he was .and all of my food was poorly made. I should know better not to purchase food off of salem rd in conyers, it's not a good area and this has proven it for us. Milo needs to learn how to manage, especially when management poorly runs the store that serves food this way and treats people this way. I have never experienced anything like this especially when our family very very patiently waited. We ended up going back there and received a refund. Also no thanks to corporate. What a...
Read moreCan someone help me understand what the hell is this? Placed an online order at 10:37PM which is well before 1AM closing time, to receive non satisfactory service and food. My order was incorrect. Ordered a beef toasted cheddar chalupa box to receive a chicken chalupa, the 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but the flour tortilla which didn't come with the extra beef I paid for, the crunchy taco pic speaks for itself, the lemonade strawberry squeeze drink I ordered was not available, and they only could offer me hot or fire sauce. Needless to say this particular location sucks. If you're in the area, do yourself a huge favor by not wasting your money here...keep driving. I'm so thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money I spent last night. Ooooh let me rewind just a bit...10 minutes before receiving my online order, I was told there were no online orders in their system (keep in my the time I ordered), but my card was charged. I was in line at the drive-thru and reached order speaker by 11:10ish. I'm sure you can imagine how things went from there. Then they didn't give...
