I received services from a stylist by the name Bella couple months ago had to return on 2nd day as the communication wasn’t correct . So I returned on the day. She performed services that was satisfactory I could deal with and liked NOT LOVED HOWEVER. While I was getting services she became sick and the owners daughter had to finish ( I did feel bad she was sick) Like I said it was likable Love the salon . So my hair became brassy I text Bella to return for service she states She no longer wants to services to me . There was never a problem returning ect tipped her 2x plus paid Hollywood prices$250 which I don’t mind for a good job !! I asked her why no response Called the salon to speak w manager.. No response. Next I will contact Tara (the owner) I wanted to go back as I don’t want damage as I didn’t get formula don’t want damage wasn’t aware of any problems. Other than the first time she resolve with the help of the owners daughter never got her name she was very professional was helpful to Bella . I feel very unprofessional of Bella waiting to tell me she had a problem. I asked her have no reason as I paid very good and tipped her very well. I feel the finery is very good salon but the unprofessional actions of Bella will loose patrons and good clients like myself . I believe it was discrimination as I brought my wife in for a cut too . She never gave me reason I get it you have a choice to render service. But that way . Know I don’t know what she used as there was a double process . I could of been rude demanded a refund the first time but chose to fix and except referrals Then wait until I need to come back as it’s time to have my hair done then gave me no reason made me feel embarrassed and paid all that money. Again don’t mind spending on a great salon . BE CAREFUL GETTING SERVICES FROM BELLA WHEN NEEDING A FOLLOW UP W /O explanation the when found out married to same sex treated differently . Thank goodness for the owners daughter finishing and the finery being a good salon just watch out...

Rosalie was my hairdresser, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Rosalie helped me get my hair back on track after a horrible haircut I received at another salon. She really understood my hair type, gave me product suggestions based on my hair goals - even when it meant I couldn't get what I wanted right away. She really wanted me to get what I wanted in a healthy way. My hair has grown out and is so much healthier and thicker than it was before. She also is the sweetest, loved chatting with her while I was in her chair.

I can’t review Becca’s abilities but I can review how she treats first time customers. I understand a cancellation requires payment but I asked to reschedule my appointment with more than 24 hours notice due to something I couldn’t control. She requires 48 hours notice and let me know my card would be charged because “you agreed to it”. 48 hours is not realistic for things that are out of your control. Instead of rescheduling my appointment and keeping me as a customer she has lost a potential long time customer. I do not recommend going here unless you never have...
