Cutie Pie Pets Grooming & Boutique — Attraction in Coppell

We highly recommend CCP! We have used them (Splash & Dash back then) with our first Corgi and her groom was always top tier! Naturally, we took our next Pembroke Corgi to them just last week for his first groom. First off, they are, at the same time, professional & friendly. Just good ol’ Texas kind! And it’s apparent from the moment you walk in the door with your pup that they love what they do and who they work with! Brody, our pup, received an awesome breed specific groom!! We came back fairly soon after dropping him off for a quick check. The groomer was soooo gentle with him & appeared to be talking kindly to him. They sent us a text when Brody was ready & we picked up a very happy pup! More beautiful than when we left him. He even walked with a “look at me” attitude! (Corgis seem to do that anyway but he seemed to strut even more!) We will be back with our other pup as soon as we get her kennel cough shot. Did a good job on my 2 dogs. My only gripe was that it felt like a money grab. The man at the front desk quoted me $210 for my 68lb bernadoodle, who is relatively calm except work around his ears. I’ve never paid more than $135 for the same dog anywhere else in town, or in Florida. The size guides on the website don’t matter. There is no mention of “we size the dogs up because they are a poodle” comment on the website. I understand it’s based off the time they take. If that’s the case- create a separate fee schedule/scheduling option as any other groomer does. While the work was great, the ambiguity of cost was not ideal. I also scheduled an appointment at 9. Didn’t get out of there until 9:20, just dropping the dogs off. I just want to tell you what I’m looking for, drop the dogs off- I get something’s may not be possible but I definitely don’t need to know that your dad is 5’8 and you’re 6’2 and get a lecture in genetics all while there’s 5 other dogs in the lobby and half are losing...

Our anxious pup, naturally, was born with lots of hair that needs regular maintenance. After being turned away from several nearby places, we heard about Cutie Pie Pets. They welcomed her with open arms and care knowing her sensitivities. They take their time and don’t push her over her limits. Every Tuesday morning she wakes up EXCITED! She even knows when it’s her special spa day. On top of your dog smelling better than you can even imagine, when you visit, you will be greeted with warmth and treated with amazing service every single time. Highly recommend to everyone!
