Samsung Electronics America - MPC — Attraction in Coppell

SO incredibly disappointed in Samsung :-( Took advantage of the incredible offer they had on the Galaxy 23 getting the upgrade in memory and massive trade in bonus. Ordered everything, it arrived, no return package for my trade in and I'm being charged the full price for the phone. I call my mobile carrier to verify, they tell me they have no record of a trade in on file, when placing the order they never put my trade in phone on the account (even though I entered my IMEI number during the order!) and to call Samsung. So I call Samsung, they say its an issue with my mobile carrier. Umm nope! Its on Samsung, that's where I ordered it. Called them, explained what happened, was asked to please hold for a moment while they looked at my account and then put on hold and without being told I was transferred to my mobile carrier. Explained again to them what happened, they cannot do anything because I ordered from Samsung. So I called them again and eventually told the ONLY thing I could do was return the phone I have and place the order again! Are you SERIOUS?!?!?! Do not pick up here. I understand that samsung is a high value load. However the major issue is lack of communication between guards on duty and the freight managers. I arrived at 1930 bobtail for a (supposedly) pre-loaded trailer that was supposed to be done at 1900. After arriving I was informed by the guard that I needed permission from inside to use one of our own companies empty trailer that were on-site for a live load. I walked inside and was told to go back to rhe guard and get paperwork(blowing me off when I was asking about the empty) the guard said to just pick one out and come back. I did that, was handed a bunch of forms to fill out including my team mates signature, license number, etc. Waking him up from his sleep. (Federally illegal) I then went back inside, and asked for clarification on what the BOL number was supposed to be, she was condescending and refused to answer.(ended up just writing in the trip id number) was finally told to back into a dock, where they make you unhook and lock the trailer. It took me just over an hour from arrival to be assigned a dock, and not a single friendly face on the property.

An employee here is stealing and very likely reselling the electronics. I had my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra stolen here. Someone by the name of GGRIMM signed for and received my approved return. It sat in their facility for 17 days. When I contacted customer service they said there was no request for a return, that it had been cancelled. On April 9th I received an email that my package, signed for over two weeks ago was empty. They sent me a video of a clearly tampered with package, resealed with packing tape! FedEx didn’t do it since they weighed and had the item signed for with the weight of the phone. I filed with the attorney general looking at a law suit.
