I recently experienced a full-body massage that was nothing short of extraordinary, and I feel compelled to share how truly impactful it was. From the moment I stepped into the serene, dimly lit room, the ambiance set the toneâsoft instrumental music, the gentle scent of lavender, and a warm, inviting table that promised relaxation. The Tahidy greeted me with a calm professionalism that instantly put me at ease, taking the time to understand my needs and any areas of tension. The massage itself was a masterclass in therapeutic touch. Every stroke, from the long, flowing movements to the precise kneading of stubborn knots, felt intentional and expertly executed. Her hands seemed to intuitively find every point of stress in my bodyâmy shoulders, tight from hours at a desk, melted under their skilled pressure, while my lower back, which had been aching for weeks, finally found relief. They blended deep tissue techniques with gentler, soothing strokes, creating a perfect balance that left me feeling both invigorated and deeply relaxed. What set this experience apart was the attention to detail. Warm, aromatic oils were applied with care, enhancing the glide of each movement and leaving my skin feeling nourished. She checked periodically, ensuring the pressure was just right, which made me feel truly cared for. By the end of the session, I felt like a weight had been liftedânot just physically, but emotionally. My body was loose, my mind was clear, and I walked out feeling rejuvenated, as if Iâd been reset to my best self. This was more than a massage; it was a transformative experience that reminded me of the power of intentional care. I canât recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking profound relaxation and renewal. Iâm already looking forward to...
Read moreThe corporation will not give me my refund after wrongfully charging me for another UNWANTED month of service. I had my membership lowered to a 6 month membership that was to end in May. I signed the membership form and it was set in stone. In March, I had decided I'd use one of my leftover sessions with a friend. Prior to using it, I asked a representative to verify that I was on a 6 month membership and at the time I had 3 sessions leftover. In May, as a mother's day gift, I brought my mother there to use a session, I again, verified that I was in a 6 month membership, ESPECIALLY after the representative tried to tell me it was a 12 month membership. She looked into the notes and later saw that they had in fact made it 6 months. At that time, I explained to her that, "this was my third time speaking with you guys about the term of my membership, are you sure it is showing successfully as 3 months and 3 months only?" She said yes. Now comes a new bill in June - seven months. Of course I was angry about it and I immediately called them yet again, not understanding "why I was billed for a seventh month if I had spoken to you guys now 4 times about this." What I was told was that she would forward my request to a supervisor and they will later contact me by that day, or the next. I hadn't received a phone on neither, so I took it upon myself to call. When I did call, I was again assured I was in a 6 month membership. Basically I want my refund for the 7th month. I was under 6 months and there is no reason why I'm receiving the runaround about this. This is so frustration being taken advantage of. After today, this will be my 6th time taking to them about this, and still basically being told there was...
Read moreMy husband and I had recently booked a massage online through the Massage Envy website. We used our own email addresses which had a history for our visits to the Massage Envy national chain. It stated that for each of our massages, it would be $75 for the introductory price because neither of us had visited this location and neither of us had visited any Massage Envy for over a year. When we went to check out after the massage, the front desk employee said my husband's massage was actually $125 because he used to have a membership in a different state over 5-10 years ago. My massage was $75 since I never purchased a membership in my life. It was not disclosed anywhere that my husband's massage would be $125 and the website even stated $75 when we made the appointment. We called the manager of the store and he acknowledged that the website was confusing, but refused to provide a refund. We never would have went if we knew ahead of time that my husband's massage was $125 and we did not authorize the card on his credit card for this amount. It seems that Massage Envy is intentionally misleading people into thinking their massages are $75 when they are not as there is no clear indication of who qualifies for an introductory price vs non-member price as well as the checkout page on their website saying that the massage was $75.
Besides that issue, my massage therapist was SICK. She was trying to hold back her coughing during my massage. She also did not speak any English and therefore couldn't understand my needs and wants during the initial greeting or during the massage. I left feeling worse and was very sore for several days. It was a very...
