THE BEST! I have wanted extensions for the longest time but never could find a place that had pictures of the way I wanted my hair to look. I started following Suitse on social media and became obsessed with their amazing work. Without hesitation, I knew this was the right place. I drove 2.5 hours down and was greeted by Stephanie who was so warm and welcoming with a big, sweet smile. I took a seat and Emanuel walked over and made me feel so comfortable. As it turns out, the hair color I requested was not the best choice for me and I am so appreciative that he took the time to explain why and what would look best. Sue came over to introduce herself minutes later and discussed my hair plan with Emanuel. Sitting in Emanuel's chair was like sitting with an old friend that you feel so comfortable with. He is kind, intelligent, and just so lovely to spend time with. Once he was done with my hair color, I realized he was 10000% spot on with his color recommendation and I couldn't be happier. Then, I went over to Sue's chair and the extension process began. Sue is so warm and sweet and did such a fantastic job with my keratin tips. She cut them down, and then styled me to perfection. I couldn't believe the transformation! Truly amazing! I watched everyone else get their hair colored and extensions installed and every single one looked stunning. From what I witnessed, literally everyone there is an artist. I'm going back next week to get my hair styled for an event and cannot wait to go! Every single employee is smiling and just lovely. I have been to quite a few upscale salons in both NY and FL and there's always people with attitudes- not here. Such a comfortable, friendly establishment. I could not be happier and highly recommend! I believe this is the first time I left a hair salon feeling like a movie star. Edit- I have been under my name as Ivana Soc in November of 2021. Credit card purchase as a proof. Not sure why the owner has the need to defend themselves in the reviews. Reviews are simple- we get the service and the provider is being rate based on it.Unfortunately sometimes second chances are not given based on the first chance impression. Would you go back to the doctor that didn’t perform the first surgery correctly? Of course not. I guess this is the Miami customer service at its finest. Usually the one who defends himself is the one in wrong. This response to my review tells it all.

I got my very first set of extensions. I did not like the idea that I wasn’t offered the choice of the extensions. They went with tape ins. They are professionals and there was probably reason why, I just wish it was communicated with me. The hair looked nice, however tapes were just NOT for me! There was a lot if hair( my hair is pretty thick) but it wasn’t even cut to my likings. It was just… bland and straight. Again not a big deal either I could always come back and ask them for a cut. Not until I washed my hair the first time that I realized something is off. Took me a LONG time to dry it and when curling it it would just get tangled! I used all the proper products and low heat tools. I had to brush my hair every 30 minutes and it was staring to break just 2 weeks after I installed them, and I could not do anything with it except wear it straight and down. I ended up visiting 6 different salons and each one of them had an option that this was not 100% human hair. Is it true or not I don’t know, I just know that the hair was not feeling good and I was miserable so I took them off. Decided to give extensions another try with a different salon and I am so happy I did. Got sew ins, proper amount and the hair feels so light and soft! I never write reviews so I really had to have a horrible experience to do so. When I first came to this place they did a good job. Some of the extensions didn’t have the best placement but overall they looked great! After maybe 4 weeks I went for a move up because I was traveling and they did a great job. They fixed the prior issues with placement and they were great. After about 6 weeks I went back and by this point the hair extensions were dry and they had completely changed color possibly from sun exposure to a reddish brown color. We were already discussing new hair but decided against it since the hair was so new. This time the placement was worse than the first time around and one of the metals was pulling my hair and hurt so bad that I couldn’t sleep. About 3 weeks later I couldn’t take it anymore so I went in to get them removed. The lady who took them off said I should have never gotten a third row. Keep in mind that I didn’t want a third row and I was told I needed it. Then she takes literally 5 minutes to remove my extensions (I promise it didn’t take longer than that) and she tried to charge me $225 after I spent about $2,500 in less than 3 months and after I specifically expressed that I was taking them out because they weren’t placed correctly. She ended up charging me $150 instead, but regardless I find that insane. They did a bad job, have cheap hair that changed color and still charged me $150 for 5 minutes of work that takes no...
