I came here to get some exercise on a Sunday evening. The park was filled with many athletic teams playing on the 5 baseball fields, four soccer fields, and basketball courts. There is also a playground and a one mile exercise pathway with exercise station. The park has a canal running through out and a lake that was filled with ducks, Egyptian Geese, and other wading birds. A pretty bridge crossed over the canal. Other amenities include 4 clean bathrooms and water fountains. I really enjoyed my visit to the park. The only downside was the cars were backed up in traffic at the entrance and exit. Read moreI love this park for all round fitness fun. Plus I love seeing folk of all ages enjoying the ambiance. Great place for kids to enjoy open play. Great for track, family fitness, using the bars, the trails are fantastic to walk, jog, run, or cycle. Curl up next to a tree and read. If you love soccer or basketball they can accommodate your passion. The maintenance in the monkey bar area could use some fresh black gravel and scheduled weekly or monthly raking. Great swings for kids, nice basketball court area and great baseball field. Great park for all round outdoor activities to enjoy for ALL. (Hopefully more picnic tables with benches will be added in...

This was my 2-year-old granddaughter's first trip to any playground and she very much enjoyed the swing and the slides and it's indoor outdoor carpet all around under all the playground equipment so there's no dirt or leaves or anything for them to get into. There are bigger slides and jungle gym equipment to climb on in another section but we stuck to the side with the shorter slides and a mini rock climbing wall to get up to one slide. Perfect for younger kids. I also saw people on bicycles and walking on the trails there as well. Just shady enough underneath the tables and benches if you don't want to get in the sun while...
