Soooo... I was thinking of trying something different! I looked through Google and found this place! I decided to place an order online and it said the order would be ready on 30-45 minutes (if I’m not mistaken). Anyhow... I was cool with that! The main reason- I don’t mind waiting for fresh food! I went ahead and headed out, stopped at another store and then dropped in! Walking up- everyone seemed to be enjoying their food! I walk inside and was not greeted! That’s okay- I’m like- they’re busy and will greet once they get to me. Nope! I was shocked but noticed NONE of the customers were being greeted, asked what brings them in, are they dining in or carrying out. Absolutely nothing! Still I didn’t say anything! Soo... while I waited (I’m an observer and it was over an hour before one of the cooks came and asked me for my name and was I there to pick up an order) I noticed that the gentleman kept sitting in the chair in the front and not saying anything to any customer (which later it came to me why- my kids would’ve been doing same thing 😩). I watched a gentleman come to the front without a mask but also his mask resembled that of a “painting mask” and his shirt read of something to that extent. He was messing with the vegetables in the back. I watched the young lady pull her mask down (the owner and I know this because I read the review where someone captured her with it down) and I have to say- I can ONLY imagine being in the hot kitchen the way she was sooo truthfully.. I understood! I take COVID serious (and my family was AFFECTED AFFECTED by it 😢) but we do have to understand it is hard to breathe in those masks all day and she had the right to take it down for a breather or sometimes when she was asked by other works- I think it was easier for them to understand her. I saw 4-5 people leave because they weren’t greeted. Another gentleman picking up made mention that they should acknowledge the customers to see what their needs are. I got the young gentleman’s attention for a customer & she asked for a sangria! The owner answered he can’t take your order because he’s only 15. The lady looked like well can someone else take it. No one said anything else! Silent.. so she left out! The older couple sitting were complaining their food was not right! The other gentleman ahead of me was talking about how this place is a gem and his brother asked them if he could help them their busy routine! The kids came out the back... I know it’s hard and it’s a family owned business but it’s not the best look. The food coming out to everyone looked FANTASTIC!! Like it was out of a magazine! My food tasted good and I would love to try them again to see if it’s gotten better! It’s something to try- it’s “a great concept, not well executed!” They are a gem but as I always say “customer service is key to me!” Update 4/17/21: Thanks for the feedback from owner! I NEVER would think to not include the kids. They should be a staple so that one day they can be the owners of your family associated business! I take pride in my kids just as you do and all parents! I agree with taking the kids off review. I will definitely be back and I hope business is going well. Everything I said originally was with the upmost respect and defended the “mishaps!”

We found this restaurant accidently while walking around the new Trader Joe's. Let me start with the ambiance... it has outdoor seating and a long family style table inside. I recommend sitting outside especially the times like this (covid19). We were there on Halloween day, the Owner Alonso and his Wife (chef) were dressed appropriately. That shows their fun side. Alonso was great very patience and explained the food in detail. Exceptional hospitality was extended to us which is rare in these days. I ordered Chicken Souvlaki Bowl and my wife ordered Grilled Halloumi Bowl. They both comes with sautéed veggies and a side of Pita and Tzatziki. For a good measure we also ordered Lemon Potatoes. Chicken souvlaki was on the mark, chicken was grilled to perfection, veggies were crisp and seasoned just right. Rice was very flavorful, in summary it was excellent. My wife's bowl is similar except for Halloumi. grilled perfect yet firm. Lemon potatoes was not too mushy, and seasoned well. At the end of the dinner Chef came out to say hello to the patrons, which was exceptional. Owner even offered us a free desert (Green donuts). Amazing service, quality food, exceptional hospitality. Price is very nominal. This goes into our Favorite restaurant list! :)

OPA! What a great find for a flavor packed lunch. Not really a find for us this Guy we know pointed us to this place and he knows great joints all over this country. A laidback chill place with amazing friendly service and off the hook flavored food. My wife and I split the dip sampler rollin with Skordalia (garlic potato), Hummus and Tirokafteri (spicy feta). What an amazing set of flavors, but if you are look for something crazy good the Tirokafteri is it, to quote that Guy “you could eat that on a flip flop”. Halloumi fries were on point, creamy goodness with a light breading and the perfect dipping sauce. For the main we had to hit the meat board, unreal plating and portions. Chicken souvlaki was juicy and charred to perfection. The beeftekia was money for sure with next level flavor. Loukaniko sausage had great blend of spice with that perfect snap. The veggies and salad was a very refreshing change up, but I think my wife went into a meat coma. Washed all that Greek goodness down with a homemade sangria that was fresh made with a big berry punch. What an epic eatery and we will be back for sure, saw the chicken and waffle plate as we walked out and can’t wait to wrap my lips around that. If you’re in Coral Springs you should check it out.

Update: trust me… I have no intentions of ordering anything from you again so you can close, ban it, block it for all I care. Good Greek food are a dime a dozen in Florida, 2 of my favorites being Greek Islands Tavern and It’s All Greek To Me when I’m in the mood for something fast. I’ll gladly continue to spend my money there, with way better service. I’m not sure why you are re-iterating facts that I already stated. I did mention I was early and I did already say I was pissed at his level of service. Who the hell says that to the customer. A simple your chicken is already on the grill and it will need x minutes cooking time would have sufficed. Bidding me farewell with my money back for the dry salmon, with no citrus sauce, hard undercooked rice and inflated chicken drumstick would have been a great farewell.

I discovered this place 2 weeks ago. They have really great falafels and on my first visit we dined on the outside and tried a few appetizers. Which were all very good. I stopped again during the week for a quick grab and go lunch of falafels and a side Greek salad, which were really good. A nice lady even comped me a free bottle of water as I was leaving. On my 3rd visit here which was yesterday I ordered salmon and 1/2 chicken for dinner. When I got there my order wasn’t ready (I was early). The guy at the register (young guy with braids) said I was early and my order wasn’t ready and I should come back. I asked him if there was anything he could do to move my order forward so I didn’t have to come back. He said “well we can’t serve raw chicken” Now that’s what pissed me the hell off. I said to him I wasn’t suggesting you serve me raw chicken. Now at that moment I was going to cancel my order and go elsewhere, but everyone was really hungry so to calm myself down and not curse him out, I went to sit in the car. Now the meals, were not good this day. I asked for my salmon medium well and it was dry. Like choking me dry and there was no citrus sauce that I could see or taste. The rice in both meals were hard. Harder than al dente. Now it’s my first time having full meals with them, so I don’t know if undercooked rice is their style, but it wasn’t mine. The chicken, the drumstick looked like a Turkey leg, I don’t know where they are sourcing their chickens, but I was afraid to eat it and I didn’t. It’s still in my fridge waiting for...

Worst service. Took forever to take our order. Then they took forever to bring out the food. Brought out our appetizers together with our entree. Took forever to get someone to take our dessert order. Then they didn’t even bring out the dessert. We were seated outside and I had to go inside to ask about it. Stay away

Reply to the Owner: Your rude response to a customer’s honest review is a clear indication of the service we received. I do not usually write reviews but I think it is obnoxious for you to say the reason for the delay was that it was busy and the dessert was made from scratch. And on top of it to blame me for ordering it at 10 pm. Your waiter told us he would verify if it was available before we ordered and then he confirmed it was available. Your menu did not list it as a breakfast parfait. It was on your dessert menu. Perhaps your menu needs to be more clear. In addition the dessert was sitting on the counter for a loooooong time which is why I felt frustrated. I walked in to the restaurant to check on my dessert and I see all staff just standing there talking and you on your phone texting. On top of it since it was closing time it definitely was not “busy”. Plus my dessert was sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. And then your rude response to me about ordering it at 10 pm made it worse. As I said before, I do not usually write reviews. In fact this is my first review. I have received slow service before but what makes a big difference is customer service and how staff and management respond to unhappy customers. Your customers have every right to post reviews. Your responses to an unsatisfied customer are very important since other potential customers are seeing it. I suggest being more professional and if you can’t handle negative reviews then don’t work in this industry.

Edit: I never once was hostile or rude to you. Now on top of being disrespectful you are downright lying. We were nothing but polite to everyone at your establishment. You have every right to defend yourself but name calling a customer is simply wrong. I do wish you the best. I am simply stating my experience and hoping future customers are treated...
