First of all the people there are super courteous, they also provide a nice sense of relaxation. All of the employees are also very, very knowledgeable in the product that they're offering. Their selection of flower, and Vapes, as well as, pre-rolled and other apparatuses, and accessories for enjoying the product that is purchased are very numerous and varied. They also have plenty of parking to make you feel safe, secure, and comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for good flower, vape, or pre-rolls to come to 420 Central in Costa Mesa. Finally, the people that work there also exhibit a great amount of professionalism; from the security guard outside to the person receiving people, to the person behind the counters. Skip this dispensary. Experience started off good - was greeted at the door and informed of the new customer discount (25% discount off first order). As we entered the store, we were greeted by a half baked employee, who helped us find some items.

However, it all went downhill when it came time to pay. At that point were informed that they a) only accept Debit or Cash and b) to use Debit they would need to round up to the nearest $5 and then charge an extra $3 on top of that. We decided to pay with cash - however, their WiFi kept going out and they weren't able to open the till to provide the correct amount of change. Instead, the employee reached into the tip jar and provided some bills, but was short the correct amount.

Overall a terrible experience. We chose this place because of the 5 star rating. Definitely not a 5 star experience. And after the whole short change debacle, they didn't apply the 25% first-time customer discount.
