BodyCentre Day Spa — Attraction in Costa Mesa

I've come to appreciate this spa! Groupon introduced me, the staff made me a fan.. the owners, Kelley & Mark are super kind. Always a fresh treat, cookie, etc when you leave if you want. The massage membership is great! The BOA compression is AMAZING!!

BodyCentre Spa is a great place to be, has EVERYTHING you need from training to facials and amazing massages!! Mark and Kelley are very nice! Crystal and Elijah are helpful! Massage Therapists, Daniel and Eddie are great Therapists, works on where you need kinks worked on!

9/6/24 Updated - I love my experience at bodycentre!! I have the 85min membership for $99 added on cupping for an extra $18. DANIEL was amazing and truly worked out my kinks and knots from months of workouts! He was able to work thru the pain areas and the cupping was a +++!! Great combo! I'd definitely book Daniel again.

My massage session with Daniel plus cupping is ALWAYS a treat! I was tight from workouts and he was able to get all of the knots and kinks! I look forward to my sessions at bodycentre! The owners are so nice, Crystal and Elijah are always very helpful and friendly!

12/10/24 Update - another amazing session with Daniel! I knew that he would be giving me a good workout because I was tight from working out hard. He got into the kinks and knots and the cupping was an added plus!!! I've already booked my end of Jan 2025 visit when I return from my vacation!

1/23/25 - Came back from a 4 weeks vacation, couldn't wait to see Daniel! I was sore, tight from my workouts after I returned. 2 weeks of strength training and HIIT, everywhere was sore! Daniel got through my knots, tightness and added cupping to make it good! He was able to work on the areas I needed and I felt better after! See you next month!

5/22/25 - Daniel always does a great job when I go see him for my massage, I'm so sore from my HIIT workouts, he's able to get out all of the kinks...

BodyCentre Day Spa now is my favorite destination for glowing skin and relaxation 🙃! This spa is awesome. I’m impressed with how many services Kelley ( owner) offer. The staff is very professional, informative and have the personal touch that makes me very comfortable. You won’t find a better spa in OC! Kelley ( owner) and her team are the best of the best!!! It’s easy to ask questions and I learnt a lot...this spa offers quality work, delicious treat from Kelley 😋. I love Kelley’s blue berry cake. It was so delicious !!! It is not too sweet like most of the blue berry cake! I am impressed with Kelley’s talent and her amazing personality! BodyCentre Day Spa always follow up to see how your treatment is doing. What a gem Costa Mesa has! My last visit, I had microdermabrasion facial with Marley and deep tissue massage with Cedric. Marley was wonderful and attentive to all my needs, from the friendly warm greetings, warm beds, calming music and perfect ambiance. she gave me a treatment specifically unique to my skin type. I’ve been following her self-care recommendations and have seen great improvement with my skin. Marley has so much knowledge to share and is so down to earth. Cedric gave me an amazing deep tissue massages. He has the magic touch that made me feel like I was in HEAVEN 😝! I will be back soon and will be recommending Marley for microdermabrasion facial and Cedric for deep tissue massage to...

I love this place! There is so much packed into this very humble space. Body Centre is a well equipped biohacking facility, but saying that doesn’t do it justice. Think spa, healing, cutting edge therapy, weight training and more! If you are looking for alternatives from traditional healing, Mark and Kelly have wonderful resources here that you won’t find all packed in any other single stand-alone facility.

I tried quite a few of their services. I have used the ArcLite numerous times to reduce pain in my knees.I also love the hyperbaric chamber - used it before and after my knee surgeries to help speed up healing process.

My husband and I have had wonderful experiences with the massage therapists on staff. If you are not sure what you want or need, ask the owners for ideas.

I want to give a special shout out to my amazing massage therapist Kristina. Her depth of understanding of body mechanics is exceptional and I love her commitment to excellence. Warning - Don’t book with her though - she’s mine. 🤗
