Forever Nails & Spa — Attraction in Costa Mesa

Was referred a nail artist instagram page texted the number that’s says text to make appointment (ended up being for the salon itself already annoyed) the number responds and they ask me to choose from 3 available time options I reply with the one I would like and they confirm if I wanted acrylic or gel x. I come into my appointment and I could already tell they did not have my down. She tells me to get seat and starts to explain that I should have received a long text and since I didn’t receive that that means I wasn’t booked (how am I supposed to know that) then says she figured it out and can be helped….then comes back again and shows the text again that I did not receive and changes it again saying no one is available despite her just saying she can help me. WHY GIVE ME AVAILABLE TIMES IF ITS NOT AVAILABLE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I never really write reviews but this was just so so unprofessional. Policies need to be clearly stated if it was then I would...

I’m a little torn about this place. My first experience was good, but my second wasn’t. The second felt like any high volume nail spot where they get you in and out, don’t ask you if you like the shape, don’t really help you with the color you want, etc.

I think if you find someone you like, try to make your appointment with them vs someone random. I had asked for purple sheer (I emphasized this) and she picked this coloring saying it was. Well with dip you can’t really tell the color until layers later and clearly this wasn’t.

The lady (think her name was Hannah) was a little rough too. I had cut my pinky and even after pointing it out, she still hurt me a few times after.

Considering the price point, I’m more open to trying other spots next time...

To be honest I have never ever done my nails ever in a salon in my entire life but my girlfriend was doing her nails so she told me to try it, sitting right next to her. I ordered the top of the line service called "Forever Nails and Spa" Signature package, their top package for a full service for nails and feet service. I got a foot massage, a hand massage, fingers and toe nails done and it was very very thorough and good service. It was a very good experience for me given that I have never done my nails at the salon before. As for anyone who wants good service to do your nails at a reasonable price I highly recommend you to go here and try it. I guarantee you will come again and again...
