I am not sure why this establishment has 4 stars. I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake or were to leave a review for a discount.

I have a construction company and have worked with many businesses but have never received such terrible customer service than Castle Wholesalers.

My client was referred to this business thinking her process would be smooth. We needed to return a cabinet piece due to incorrect measurements and was given a damaged one in return. Through all the hassle and paperwork, my client and contractor did not inspect the cabinet themselves. They trusted the employees who are supposed to be trained and knowledgable in cabinets to do that themselves.

Upon returning and asking for an exchange, Ed the general manager simply said no.

He was not the one who sold this cabinet to my client nor was he around for the interaction. He is not aware of the conversation or transaction that occurred. Paperwork was signed approving the cabinet however we trusted, and the employee confirmed, that the cabinet was in great condition.

I understand accidents may happen but what I don't understand is how disrespectful Ed the general manager is when working with clients. Not even Lowes or Home Depot would deny service. I even tried to come to an agreement for half of the price my client paid and that was also denied.

Ed the general manager told me the owner is in another country, so it is displeasing that I could not speak with anyone else but the person who is unwilling to help a customer.

My client had to pay full price for the cabinet she needed. After all, the color is specific and it would look uneven if she ordered it elsewhere.

Beware of this establishment who will take your money but not provide customer service or assistance when there is an issue with THEIR product.

Some reviews on here state that they will take your money but when there is a problem, they will NOT...

Not recommending!! Awful customer experience when returning the wrong items delivered. I paid delivery first then find out wrong items were sent. Called and let them know right away. Told to bring back items on my own if I wanted the order to be fixed. Had my project delayed and have to sort things out and pay extra to get the right matching cabinet and door. When project was over I tried to return the item and was told it can not returned because it was out of the box and with a hole from a screw on one of the sides. Be mindful this is a base interior cabinet. Manager Ty Granfors stated he can not take it back or get it for a discounted price. Now had to take it back , taking my time, my vehicle and money to solve what was the wrong order delivered in the first place. This is not my first purchase I as do flips however this is leaving a bitter after taste for the poor customer service I received.

Revised review 12/17/2024 I was contacted by Dom as early as yesterday and he was able to assist me in solving my issue with the wrong items delivered.
