I came into this CVS to get digital passport photos for a renewal I’m doing online. I already had physical passport photos, but needed a digital version in JPEG or PDF format. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredibly disappointing.
I approached an associate for help and was met with an attitude like I was a bother. She passed me off to another associate who was, at that moment, purchasing snacks and soda at the register—while I stood there waiting without any greeting, direction, or acknowledgment. Eventually, she came over and very bluntly said, “We can do it now,” with no explanation of the process, no warmth, no effort to make the experience better.
I explained clearly that I only needed a digital version of my passport photo, and she seemed completely uninterested in helping. She walked over to the computer and asked if I had done something, even though no one had guided me to do anything at all. Then she casually said, “It’s not working. We can’t do it,” and that was that. No solution offered, no apology—nothing.
The lack of professionalism, training, and basic courtesy was honestly shocking. This kind of poor customer service is exactly why so many retail locations are losing business. Read moreThis vaccination site is very unprofessional. I set back to back appointments second doses for my father, mother, and sister. My father had the initial dose at 10:30am which is taking up a 30 minute slot and then I set my sisters and mother for 11am which took another 30 minutes slot. Total of 1 hour or so to give 3 vaccines that take no more than 5 minutes to give. They all showed up at 10:35am and the lady refused to give the vaccine to my father. It took a lot of fuss for someone else to finally give it to him. They also don’t even check on you 15 minutes after the dose like they’re supposed to. When I got both of my doses, they had me wait 20 minutes from my appointment time (even if I was on time) to get me seated. They pretty much forgot about me. So it’s okay for them to be late on the schedule but can’t be lenient for a family who has the schedule blocked off so it wouldn’t really effect anyone else, especially if they don’t follow the after shot protocol of observing...
Read moreThe individuals who work in the pharmacy department are very rude, impatient, condescending, and the two that I spoke with (the pharmacist and a male staffer) have very poor English skills. In fact, the pharmacist, who also spoke with a heavy accent, called me rude when I told her as nicely as I could that I had difficulty understanding the male staffer. Worse still, the two of them stated that they would not honor the terms of the care pass agreement that I purchased for $5 a month. One of the terms was free delivery of medication.
