Salt Lake Ranger District, US Forest Service — Attraction in Cottonwood Heights

I came in to empty desks and after ringing the bell repeatedly, saying hello, and even making eye contact with an employee there, I was still completely ignored for 20 minutes.

Then I'm told that the only person that can help me has left early for the day. This was after being told they were out for a training all day yesterday.

I don't understand why you can't have more than one person in an office full of people that is capable of selling park passes.

Train someone else. It's not rocket science.
