Amy, Anna, Clay, and the kitchen staff are awesome. Great people, service, food, and smiles all around - thanks so much! This night, Anna served us at the bar counter from 7pm to finish and we ordered food and drinks - it was perfect. She was immensely busy but managed the entire bar on her own and was extremely attentive and even remembered us from the night before, what we drank, etc., just such a positive vibe.

Nick is the reason for the 3 stars. Nick took his long hair down while he was serving food and drinks, and didn’t put his hair back up - this was just to show his locks to a group of women at the corner of the bar. Nick concentrated on that group of women at the corner of bar endlessly, hair down, and proceeded to serve them what seemed like never ending rounds, and ignored everyone else at the bar - also ignoring to help Anna who served counter and table customers - she was literally non-stop serving.

While Anna was obviously busy, and finally, after walking by our empty glasses too many times and taking a few seconds away from the group of women at the corner of the bar, Nick finally asks if we wanted another round, but what was disappointing, was that he then asks if we wanted our drinks in the same glasses - what?? - we said that was fine (because we were already waiting for ages), but then Nick made a face when we asked for new limes in the same glasses that he forced on us. Here’s the kicker - he put down the check next to our drinks. We were surprised by the check that we didn’t ask for and when we politely said we weren’t quite finished, he told us the drinks in the same glasses was the last call…and then goes back to the group of women and doesn’t say last call to them.

Luckily, Anna comes by (because she was busy doing all the cleaning, because again, Nick was hyperfocused on the group of women at the corner of the bar) and kindly told us that this is last call and kindly asked what we would like and guess what - kindly served us with new glasses, limes, smiles and saves the evening.

We tipped the bill properly via credit card, but personally gave Anna an additional proper cash tip in-person for her amazing service throughout the night. Anna works extremely hard and cares about all of the customers. I don’t know if Nick is manager, and that allows for his performance and lack of support to Anna and attention to all of the other customers, but Anna should be promoted to manager.

Also, sad side note - earlier, Nick continued to serve alcohol to a patron that should’ve seriously been cut off hours before. Nick, learn from Amy, Anna, and Clay.

Please promote Anna to manager, and again, Anna, Amy, Clay, the kitchen crew, and the food and drink are absolutely amazing. Thanks for a...

I've always loved this place but today we had a rough experience that makes me never want to go back to this location. I left my ID at home and at this location you can eat if you're under 21, as long as you don't sit at the bar. The waiter sat us down asked us what we wanted to drink and we responded "just water" and he replied "k I need to see your ID". We were confused because we have been to this location multiple times and our ID is never checked. He asked us to leave and took our menus. We left and couldn't believe it so we called other locations and 2 verified that our ID should have never been required to sit at the tables. We also tried calling this location to simply ask the manager what had happened but no one answered and we called 3 times, the Taylorsville location even said that they hear customers constantly complain that this location never answers the phone, even during slow hours. In the end we just went home and simply complied but we just couldn't believe how rude the waiter was. There is even a sign staying "21 and over after this point" by the bar... Not at the door way. Would love to hear from a manager or someone to help us understand if this is a new change or simply an employee not aware of the procedures at this...

BEWARE staff steals money from patrons here, and the manager - Dave Middleton - does nothing.

Tuesday 13, 2015 around 5 pm I had left my wallet on the counter after a pretty awful meal, left and realized the next morning that I had misplaced my wallet.

I called back, and pleasant girl answered the phone and assured me that she had found it and put it in the safe. When I returned to pick it up they returned the wallet, less all the cash (over $150). I noted this (assuming the wallet was turned in without the cash) and the employee said she knew there was cash in the wallet when she put it in the safe.

So, an employee with access to the safe stole the money. When the manager - Dave Middleton - was made aware of this, he refused to speak with me (via phone, he wasn't at the location) and said he wouldn't do anything. Keep in mind, this is with one of him employees saying she put the wallet in the safe, it had cash when it was placed there and then when she retrieved it... no cash.

To the owners of this establishment - Joe Fraser and Tim Ryan. I'm reporting your establishment for theft and suspicion of...

First time trying Canyons Edge Sports Pub today. The service was great, and food was good until I bit into a piece of plastic. (Teeth are pretty tender/sore from biting it) When we showed the server she let us know that the container that was holding the lettuce broke/shattered and after that she had already taken care of it, and told the kitchen that it was unacceptable and that if it happens again just to throw the food away. The server was incredibly nice, and understanding. She was also extremely accommodating and helpful of the situation. That one incident is the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars.

I have really liked this place in the past. However they are the ‘grill that burns’. A week ago we came in and ordered the jalapeño poppers. Fried. to black on 75% of the jalapeño’s. We had to send them back. They couldn’t get us another order before we left…. 30 minutes later. Today, September 11th, a week and a day later with a different cook, the patty melt was burnt. Are their cooks just stoned and not paying attention? Or are they complacent and don’t care because they feel they have a “dedicated” clientele. Bad form ‘Bout Time. The waitress tried, but not hard enough.

I really like this pub the one in Cottonwood I had my girl order the chicken teriyaki sandwich to go and I ordered a Reuben make the best Reuben but got home and my girl did not have any teriyaki on her teriyaki chicken at all. I didn’t believe her so I took a bite myself and sure enough no teriyaki and she asked for extra teriyaki must be the cooks. I don’t know. Service was great, the lady was nice fried pickles were soggy, but overall I give it 2 stars
