I bought a destination rv weboost. I did a lot of research and decided to buy this more expensive system. It arrived with damaged plastic pole grips broken already installed to the pole. The directions show they are to be installed by the consumer. I called for a next steps to replace as we are using our rv currently. They first want me to ship the pole back and then will ship a new one to me. Also to wait 48 hours for a shipping label. I’m not in a conducive place to ship things. They were nice and informative prior to the purchase but after shipping a broken pole to me now I have to jump through hoops to get a new one. Seems they could easily fed ex a new grip that I could put on and take the broken ones off. Inefficient and not customer friendly. ...
