Amazing Lash Studio — Attraction in Crestview Hills

I’ve had a fantastic experience at other amazing lash locations, but I’m extremely disappointed in this location. I got a full set on Friday and it’s Wednesday and I have bald spots in my lash line from the false lashes just falling out in mass amounts. There is no natural lash attached which makes me think the girl did not use enough adhesive. I have had extensions for over 5 years and have an esthetician license so this is not just poor aftercare or improper expectations . I avoided water, steam and sweat for 48 hours. I should have known the amount of time the girl sat there readjusting and brushing through the lashes when I was on the table still was a bad sign. Not only are they falling out in mass amounts that shouldn’t be happening 5 days later but they do not lay correctly, my left eye actually has crooked lashes. I have family photos that I’ve invested in and now thanks to less than amazing lash studio I have a set of half bald eyelash extensions instead of a set of lashes for the pictures. In addition the girl walked into work late so my appointment started 15 mins late. Then she didn’t even take the full time and called it good when clearly there was more work to do. Please, someone from management contact me so that I cancel the membership I signed up for- I want absolutely nothing to do with your location and the poorly trained staff. The girl was very friendly but did share that she had only 3 months of experience and dear god the state of my lashes points to her needing ALOT...

I got my lashes done a week ago by ryan for a wedding. I could tell she was rushed on my left eye since she had a client after me, and they looked beautiful once getting them done. By the next morning my inner corner lashes on both eyes were completely gone. I followed all of the rules I was given (don’t get wet within 24 hrs) and didn’t touch or pick at them at all during the time i’ve had them, but they kept falling out very quickly. I’ve also kept up with lash washes. I contacted support, letting them know my frustration with having to fix them myself for the wedding I was in, and that I did not feel as though they were worth the $165 + tip that I spent and after asking for a partial refund, my only options were a complimentary fill in or to get them removed for free. As a non frequent lash wearer, I just chose to get them off (normally a $45 service). However, with how they look now, I feel like getting them off for free is even more pointless as I have one lash remaining on my left eye. I’ve had lashes before that have still looked full after a week and a half almost two weeks and i’m still extremely disappointed with the options I was given regarding this lash set. i’m including a picture for reference so you can understand what I am talking about, and know what to expect after a week of wearing a lash set done here.
