This shop had some fine people working there. Jason, Nate and Joe are all fantastic people who truly care about their customers and the products they sell.
However the owners of this place are selfish, greedy people who are completely out of touch with the hobbies and the clientele that indulges those hobbies. They make decisions that ruin the atmosphere of the store, which is the only reason that people go in a world where we can get everything cheaper on Amazon and with apps. I asked if they could put my name down for an order of a special Svengoolie comic book to be released in October. This was a month before the release date. They promised I would be contacted as soon as it came in. Knowing the book was on the market, I called today. They checked and one copy had been ordered and sent to the South County store. No worries, I’ll wait. Two weeks go by no update, I call to see about the status. Still nothing. That weekend I get a call saying both are in. I go on Monday to get them. Still only one.
