Update July 2023

Family of ten came in and we asked to be seated in the bar area because the main dining room was very crowded and we needed to be away from crowds because of my husband's health issues. They jumped to it and quickly put three tables together and set the table. Thank you to the amazing Pasta House team for being so considerate of our needs.

First server started by complaint how tired she was that she was "working on fumes" I think is how she put it. She left I guess to get water, but never came back. But never fear Mekkah stepped in to save the day. What a great addition to the already great Pasta House team that set up our tables. She is truly a gem. Thank you again, Mekkah, for making our evening specia and enjoyable.

A complimentary pitcher of Sangria was delivered to the table for our long wait. What a nice touch on PH's part. Needless to say I found a new drink to love, so great marketing on PH's part as well.

Food was excellent. Everyone very happy and that's saying a lot when you have a large party to feed

Update May 2022 - We went back and had a great experience. Salads were excellent. Did not try a pasta. Service was also excellent. They have earned our business again. I came here today to pick up an order for delivery. Mind you, my father was friends with the owner for many years, and I grew up eating here. I have been and am friends with many of the staff. Never had a problem until today. There were two orders, one was for Claudia. It was the order I was supposed to deliver. I’m smart enough to compare a receipt to a phone. I asked the bartender if I could please take the order. I showed her my phone, the order, told her it was the right one. She said no about as snidely as she could. Meanwhile, a group of people who had been waiting to be seated left, walked out because no one was there to seat them for upwards of 15 minutes. Finally, I take the bag and walk out. This is when the bartender runs to the back to grab this dude who resembles a velvet painting of Jesus who comes out and takes the food back. Then, rather than doing what a good manager would do, take care of a customer, who spent money, de-escalate a situation, he starts a fight with me as I’m leaving. Yells at me as I walk away. This was our second time eating at this location. Only because our First visit was good. However, we arrived at 730 pm on a Saturday night to find a almost empty restaurant. Our hostess walked so fast we couldn't keep up and became frustrated when we requested a booth. We were greeted promptly by a young, nice waiter. We ordered drinks and two side salads to start things off. Within 3 minutes we had those items and proceeded to order our main course, thinking it would take a little while. But no. I had just started my salad and was buttering a hot roll when our main course arrived. This was starting to feel like a classy McDonald's. I didn't even acknowledge the food, I just wanted to eat a salad and talk to my wife. So by the time I was ready for our dinner it was luke warm. I guess it's pre-made and they just plate it on request? Not the Pasta House I remember. From the moment we walked in the door they were trying to get us back out.
