The strawberry fest was a first for me and it was great only thing was I saw the event thur a sever perspective. I answered a aid to work at a vendor tent called Burger boys I served maybe 8 to 900 people literally. Biggest mistake I ever made my fiance and my 17 year old daughter also worked. Make a long story short they said they would pay us via cash app which isn't a problem. Heres were it gets sketchy have the people my hours and info next day check my app nothing called the number of the head guy that I talk with youand gave info to before I left no answer then several hours later get a call from a guy I never met saying send hours and cash app info I told him I already gave it to you'll head guy several hours later get the money they only paid us half our hours. Immediately I called no answer I have been calling for hours still no response then I get a text saying that's all the hours we worked we took a hour break and sum more outlandish storys to try in justify our money being short so I called and called no respons but the hours prior to our shift and all that day they would respond so I screenshot the text that I sent about my hours and cash app info it also had the time so they would get a idea about what time we left and we never took no hour break we couldn't even go to thebathroom. Now can even get back in touch with anyone. Don't add up I had a good attitude worked hard serving almost 1000 people in a timely manner and was told we did a great job. I really need to talk with someone who can help me. Burger boys you suck. This event is a family friendly event. Not a opportunity to scam people people of Cullman and surrounding areas let's take a stand. There are still some honest god fearing people out here. My daughter expect her dad to get her money but I don't have a answer for her the look of your baby girl when you did everything...

Read moreNot a fan of this festival. Drove 1 hour one way to see not a whole lot of strawberries, lines for days and a packed event. Walked to check out the vendors and could barely look at any of the tents due to no where to walk. Mobs of people. My husband said if they spread the tents out from each other there would be more room. The only lines we didnât see were at the bathrooms. Too many people jammed in to a section of Cullman. I was thinking of seeing the Gin Blossoms later but obviously changed my mind. We were there maybe 20 minutes and left. Took us longer to drive, park and walk there then the time it took us to...
