Extremely poor buying experience! I'm a first-time customer and I ordered six smoke detectors from them. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged. However, a couple of days after I placed the order I received a generic system-generated email stating that my order had been canceled. The email stated that they did not have enough inventory in stock to fulfill my order for the six smoke detectors. Interestingly, when I placed the order the website said that the six units were in stock and would be shipped within a couple of business days. In addition to being irritating, the email I received offered no solutions for the canceled order. To add insult to injury, after I received the cancellation email I went back to their website and put six of the exact same smoke detectors into the shopping cart and it allowed me to go all the way through the purchasing process up until the point of requesting payment, at which point I backed out because I was certain they would not actually ship my order. Additionally, the email I received said that my purchase had been refunded, yet two or three days after receiving that email my payment still has not been refunded.    Read moreI've been an electrician for 30 years , I purchased 91 pieces of 4" led trims from them the first order was for a better quality light , but then they canceled the do to no stock left so they turned me on to another in house led trim that they carry and I asked if they were good and they sayed yes so I went ahead and order 91 pieces from them they came i installed and when I turned on power to this 4000 sf house there were quite a few not working so I reached out to them about non working one and said they could send out the replacement ones for free , so I figured I should purchase a few more because of the issues I was having with them going out , but seems like no matter how many I replace they still keep going out throughout the house , so I reached out to them and told them this and said he will have his manager call me its been a day and half no call from this place atleast when I do work I warranty my labor and parts for up to a year, so it seems like they dont want to up hold there reputation and help honor things like this I would pay the difference for another trim if I had to oh well out money and trims that suck , I will never do bussines with them again also customer will be leaving a...
   Read moreI donât often take the time to submit reviews, but my experience was so bad here I thought I should warn others. I ordered a part for in store pickup. After getting an email that it was ready, I showed up at the store. It seemed like me being there was an inconvenience to the staff who didnât even acknowledge me. Service was horrible. A guy in the back shouted that I actually need to pick up the part from their supplier in Compton (1 hour away at that time of day). An hour later I got to Compton where the supplier said Buy Rite submitted the wrong part number, and I could not pick up the correct part. Even their supplier doesnât like working with them because of constant discrepancies. The supplier confirmed that they had the correct part in stock but needed the order from Buy Rite to reference the correct part number. I emailed Buy Rite to procure the correct part, and they insisted both me and the supplier were wrong in a series of unprofessional emails despite me having an invoice from the supplier showing that Buy Rite ordered a different part number than I ordered from them.
