I love this local gym and the community it has created for me! You are met with the nicest gym staff every time you walk through the door. They are there to help if you have questions, they always play great music, and help keep the gym clean. I joined the gym at the very beginning stages of their renovations. It's been such a pleasure to see how far the gym has come! The equipment is always in great shape and again, super clean! I love using the treadmills and they use to have some that would break constantly. They recognized this and replaced every single one of them with better working treadmills! You can see how much the owner cares for this gym, but also making sure the members are happy and have what they need to make reaching their fitness goals...

I wanna give a shout out to this little gym. Great hours and the staff is polite. Never crowded. Not a huge gym but plenty enough. The best part is LOCALLY OWNED!!!! Not a big conglomerate like La fitness and the rest. They also don’t screw you on cancelling, no hold fees and no initiation fee. The one big big big downside is the music. It is very loud and hip hop, rap type. But, true to form, they accommodate me when I come in and play old lady music for me (disco and 80/90s). The monthly fee is reasonable, if it was any higher than 35$ a month I wouldn’t go but it’s perfect for this gym. The training cost is pretty expensive, 70$ an hour and you have to buy in sessions of 8 but Willis is a fantastic trainer! He is getting me in...

I love this little gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. It’s simplicity is what keeps me coming back. I’ve had memberships at Gold’s and LA fitness, but I always feel far more comfortable here. Everyone is kind, but keeps to themselves. No leering people, and I’ve never had to wait excessively for the equipment. The trainers are observant without being invasive.
