Entertainment Mart — Attraction in Cumming

Brad is fantastic! We had defective backlight LEDs on our LG TV that needed replacing. I called every electronics shop near me and they either didn't return my call or had very sketchy reviews. Cumming is 45 minutes from me, but this place is worth the drive! Brad was helpful, communicative, more than capable, and reasonably priced. The "authorized" LG TV repair in the area wanted to charge me over $300 just to look at it, which my credit card company told me was ridiculous!

Brad charged me $25 to do the paperwork for my credit card company's extended warranty coverage (check yours to see if they offer this coverage!), and the repair was reasonable and much less than buying a new TV. He had trouble getting the part from China - not his fault (it took about a month, thankfully before the tariffs), but he was always helpful when I called to find out about the delay. I brought an old subwoofer and a receiver here that hadn’t worked for years. When I first walked into the store, I knew this guy knew what he was doing. You could tell he had been doing this for years and years. He was very friendly when he greeted me, he recorded my information and said he would call me. True to his word, he called two days later. He could fix the woofer, but the old Denon receiver needed replacement parts and they just weren’t available. I authorized the repairs and 2 days later he called and said they were ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my components, he demonstrated the subwoofer working again, charged me a fair price, and I was on my way. I would definitely bring components and TVs to him...

I have a vintage (mid-70's to mid-80's) component system which over the years has required some maintenance. It was challenging to find a good local repair shop that was familiar with older equipment and could actually do the work. I discovered Entertainment Mart through a Google search and was impressed by all of the exceptional reviews. Brad, the owner as well as repair technician, is every bit as good as all of the reviews say. He has done an outstanding job on any piece of equipment which I've brought to him, and his pricing has always been more than reasonable. He also has completed every job in a timely manner.
