This store is extremely shady.
I purchased a king sized bed and a credenza buffet from this location on Friday April 19th. I provided my phone number and email as part of the checkout process and was given claims tickets which I was told would be necessary to present to retrieve my items.
Imagine my surprise when, the next day, I received a phone call from my delivery agent asking whether my husband had "returned" the items. After finally getting a manager on the phone, I learned that someone claiming to be "my husband" came and returned the bed and took possession of the credenza. They never called the phone number I provided to verify this story. They never asked for a claims ticket to verify that this person was in fact an authorized owner of this product. They said "he had a receipt" with my name on it. I work in cybersecurity--I'm VERY careful with my data and there was never an occasion for the paper copy of my receipt to be out of my possession. What's even more concerning is that there are signs ALL OVER the store saying that "all sales are final"...so why was a return allowed in the first place? Furthermore, to complete the "return" they would have had to issue the funds back to the original card it was placed on. Since the fraudster didn't have possession of my card, the refund never should have worked. In fact, the only way this could have happened is with the direct and intentional participation from the store associates themselves.
To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I was supposed to be enjoying my new furniture today and instead I'm now having to spend my day disputing the transaction with my bank all because of this store's sloppy business practices and poor attention to detail. They have perpetuated grand larceny (over $1500 in theft), and yes, I will be going to the police.
Be careful...

I found that to be true for the Pottery Barn outlet nearby as well. -if they would make locations closer to the mall of Georgia area, I think that they would do very well-I thought that it would be much larger than what it was so to me it was a disappointment to drive that Ford to not have that much options and for it to be such a small outlet both with them and pottery barn there wasn’t a lot. they did have a lot of lighting that was super overpriced and I would never purchase that even half off so the things they had good deals on and that had more of weren’t things that I would waste that much money on when I could get it at Wayfair or TJ Maxx and the things that I really wanted they didn’t...
Read moreIt's okay. We are really happy with the products we've found. There is definitely some quality furniture, decor, or accessories here. You can find some great deals too. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They keep their Instagram account very active with all the new products that come in off the trucks, which is multiple times a week. Definitely worth checking out in person.
But I can't help but think that a lot of this stuff is just way too overpriced given that there is a good amount of scratch and dent, returns, or clearance items sold as-is. The prices are mostly fixed at a straight 40% discount and the best you can get is an additional 15% after that if the item is really used. There is unfortunately no room for negotiation and this is all due to prioritizing corporate rules and branding rather than working with...
