I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained and up to date, and there's a great variety of machines and free weights to choose from.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable—they're always around if you need assistance or have questions. The trainers are professional and approachable, offering solid advice without being pushy.

I also appreciate the group classes—they’re fun, energetic, and well-organized. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, yoga, or HIIT, there’s something for everyone.

I used to like coming to this gym, was always clean and not as packed as other gyms. Lately every day I pull up there's glass everywhere in the parking lot. Someone's vehicle gets broken into on the daily - which didn't happen when they first opened. They have added a DPD tower but that doesn't stop crime. In the evenings there is a ton of muscle heads walking around talking to their buddy's while leaving their duffle bags at a machine until their conversation is over (holding up various machines) Needless to say I will not be going back. I've even mentioned that I am a Christian but the girls here are rude and unfriendly, give constant side eye and judgement.
