The worse experience I’ve ever had at a place like this. They were very unprofessional throughout the entire process and their communication was almost non existent. For something as serious as handling peoples expensive equipment and sensitive data they took ZERO care and I mean zero. They straight up stole my property and the information that was on it and refused to give it back and wouldn’t even refund me the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I gave them. They claimed to have lost it which is insanely negligent but I suspect they actually sold it and this is just another deception. My identity was stolen during this process and I can only assume this place is to blame. Another apparently disgruntled customer smashed their door in, so do yourself a favor and take this plywood replacement door as your giant red flag to steer clear of...
