I stayed here over this past weekend, 6/9-6/11/2023 for the FanExpo. I had my daughter and her boyfriend. I booked a two queen bed studio. It was a five hour drive to get to Dallas from where we live. We were to leave on Friday before 5:00. However, due to a family emergency I didn't leave town until after 8:00 that night. Putting me at the hotel after 1:00 AM. I contacted them to let them know of my late arrival and was assured it was no problem because they ran their systems at 3:00 AM. Make it to the hotel at 1:30 AM. Get checked in and to my room and I was put in a king studio with a sofa bed. I booked two beds. I go back down and show her my reservation is for two queen beds. While on the phone she plays around on the computer to tell me sorry, all those rooms are dirty and she can't fix anything. How in the world would housekeeping leave rooms dirty that are to be reserved for check in that day is mind boggling. I am so unhappy immediately. Sleeper sofas are the worst. I paid for two beds for comfort. When booking I saw the king room with a sleeper sofa, which was cheaper but paid more money for two beds for a reason! On top of that, no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. Had to request that, waited 45 more minutes for that. Called over and over at the front desk with no answer to find out what was taking so long. Out of frustration, went to go to the front desk in person only to find the bedding laying on the dirty floor outside our door. However, there was no blanket, just sheets. No telling how long we were waiting for nothing. Went downstairs again to ask for a blanket and she was nowhere to be found. A man wearing a uniform with a drivers name tag offered to help as he said he hasn't been able to find the front desk worker and that he would personally bring the blanket to the room, and he did. At this point it is now 3:30 AM and we have to be awake by 7:00 AM to attend the FanExpo. My daughters boyfriend insisted on taking the couch. Resulting in him tossing a turning for hours in pain, getting no sleep. At one point he just got up and put the bed away and accepted he was not getting any sleep. The next morning I spoke with the manager on duty and she told me rooms had been extended and that's why there was no room available. But that she could hold our stuff while we were out for the day to be moved into the correct room. This did happen. We were moved to the correct room Saturday night. As a result of this experience, it ruined our day at the Expo. We were drained, sore and unable to fully enjoy our experience. At one point, we had to find a spot for the boyfriend to lay down at the Expo and try to take a nap because he felt ill. Resulting in us missing panels we were excited to see along with our photo ops we purchased. Instead of being able to walk around and look at the different shopping, we waited for our turn for photos, found somewhere to lay down and rest until the next photo. We had tickets for just Saturday, so we couldn't make up for any of it the next day. We were also planning on staying for the Hayden Christiansen panel from 7:30 to 9:30, but skipped it because none of us felt well. There was nothing the hotel could do to make our experience right. I just accepted that my weekend getaway was ruined and arguing for a refund of any sorts doesn't fix any of that. But lesson learned. When attending in the coming years we will not stay at this location again. Aside from that, breakfast was ok. Oatmeal and toppings are available along with eggs, pancakes and sausage. I can't speak for anything else about the hotel because we spent the whole day out Saturday and when coming back went straight to bed, leaving at 10:30 AM Sunday. Walls are pretty thin. Woke up Sunday morning around 6:30 AM to a lot of screaming kids around us and...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at the Element Dallas Love Field location for a night on Motherâs Day weekend for a quick turnaround trip. I loved everything about our experience.
It is less than ten minutes away from the airport and their free airport shuttle was a great perk that we used both going to the hotel and back to the airport. Once we landed and arrived to the hotel shuttle pick up area, the shuttle arrived within minutes before we could call to confirm we were there!
The hotel was in walking distance of a Thai restaurant, Smoothie King, Dunkinâ, In and Out, liquor store, Raising Caneâs and 7/11. It shares a building with Aloft! I didnât enjoy their pool or gym but noticed they had it available.
The lobby was clean and the decor was modern with great lighting and hues of blue and beige. At check in, we were greeted by a friendly woman that was hospitable and offered insight about the shuttle for our early flight and complimentary breakfast.
We were given a room on the fifth floor and impressed with how nice it was! It was equipped with a sink with filtered water, coffee maker, coffee, a full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, cooking utensils and a refrigerator). The room was clean and the decor was modern and sustainable with hues of beige and blue. The king bed was true to size and comfortable with soft firm pillows. The room had a sofa bed and a large TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It had a walk in shower, that included shea butter lotion, body wash and shower gel. The water was hotter first thing in the morning but still a comfortable lukewarm late at night.
I requested an extra blanket, towel and pillows and housekeeping brought it up within 30 minutes.
We decided to visit the Addison area and it was about a fifteen minute ride on uber from the hotel.
Sunday morning we headed down to catch the airport shuttle and were able to grab some banana bread and fruit right before 7 AM, even though breakfast began at 7 on weekends. I ate the banana bread on the plane and it was delicious.
We were greeted by friendly staff and saw a chef cooking scrambled eggs and sausage! There was also cereal, oatmeal and juice available. I wouldâve definitely ate the hot food if we didnât have an early flight. We checked out on the Aloft side of the lobby & were able to hop on a shuttle right around 7 AM. We did not have to reserve the shuttle, it was there and ran about every 30 minutes. We made it to the airport within six minutes.
Overall, I loved how affordable, comfortable and convenient this stay was. This will be my hotel of choice when flying into Dallas Love Field. I canât wait to...

Houskeeping does the bare minimum, even bringing their children to work with them allowing them to run inside & outside your room. That is so dangerous!! Very unsafe! I spoke with management they act like they were unaware, my coworker had the same experience with housekeeping on prior day. The drivers were very rude! And did not consider us âcustomers â on many occasions told me and my colleagues to stand back and let âthe customersâ board the van. They had a party on New Yearâs Eve and let their party goers take up all the parking spaces who were not even Elements guests May I add, and we came back at 6pm there was no parking space, we had out parking tickets for the hotel and all, our rental car and other cars got towed at 4am. Driver took several guests over including us to retrieve the vehicles stating âI took about 6 other people thereâ manager gave no explanation or compensation. Guests left several if not all of the floors of the hotel very filthy. Which I came in from work around 2pm Janu1st and hotel still wasnât fully cleaned. Trash, sticky floors, etc. Only 2 washers 2dryers for the whole hotel which 1 of thd washers were inoperable, spoke to management who I guess put the out of order sign. Floor was sopping wet from my clothes just sitting in washer, not to mention ruined some of them. When I left washer still wasnât fixed. I used it 1 more time because the sign was gone and it had been gone over a month but I was still broken. Clothes sopping wet again. Some staff were ok. I have 2 stars only because the kitchenette was provided, otherwise this place gets 0 stars!! Unfortunately I still have coworkers there that will be there until March who were just kicked out of their long term rooms because bookings were off apparently zero communication with company. Now they have to go to the short term side and forget the fact theyâve been there since November, refrigerator and freezers full of food, they have to go to Aloft side where there are no accommodations. So much more I can type about this place. BE CAREFUL AND AWARE IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO STAY LONG TERM! Oh before I forget about the âcontinental breakfastâ just say that same omelet and sausage...
