JunkYard Haunted House — Attraction in Dallas

The queue was unacceptable. The haunted house was just okay and definitely not worth the 3 hour and 30 minute wait. Only one person was accepting payments, which caused significant delays.

Wow, a little triggered.?? I'm not your dearest, sir. If you run a business than maybe you should DO better. Don't get mad at me that you keep up with a line. We showed up at 8:30 p.m. and didn't leave till after midnight. And why were a lot of people leaving? Exactly, ding ding, you’re right Johnny. It's not even about inconvenience, 3+ hours for a mediocre haunted house. A haunted house who had no originality? All your “scary,” employees had face masks ? Good job on the originality, 5 stars for you. :) And $45 to skip the line, no thanks, it was not worth it Ricardo. One person handling the payments,lol, just plain ridiculous. You don't know how to handle criticismsm.. How do you know I have extensions, I don't wear fake nails nor waste my money on useless services? You think by taking jabs with how you think I look…lol, immature.

Why are you so angry? I will for sure NEVER go back there and tell everyone not to go. If your haunted house was worth it then “sure…but it just wasn’t.” Don't get mad for your incompetencies and lack to be just par. Just do better and work on your line Ricardo Hermandez. Oh, and work on handicap access. You should notify people they need to bend down to walk. And be careful because your guy chasing people, it’s super cute but if someone falls and breaks their ankle, you probably could end up in court.

Bro this was my first and last time going to one of these these people were great at there job it was beautifully done I just discovered I'm not a haunted house person when I tell u I launched people out of my way bra I was terrified I was in a group of 4 and at one point Mr chainsaw man had to target me personally out of all of us when I tell u my fat ass took off flew out of this place was in the street he was still chasing me and then i busted my ass trying to run in slides bro i left my coach purse lost a shoe my cuz friend had to go get my stuff cuz there was no way i was going back in there not for a shoe not for a coach purse😆 they did a great job if u want to be afraid it's the place to go I litterly used my cuz as a human shield threw out the whole thing but bro I can't handle the chain saw only thing that was a little sketch to think about was no bags were checked so like any one could have brought anything and blended in with actors and I swear u would never know that was my fear the whole time any way cuz I thought for sure they would check our bags the security guy was nice and there hoods and shirts were cool would not go back but would recommend to any one who likes scary stuff and doesn't have a heart...

I give 4 stars because it would of been a great experience but was ruined by the large group/family in front of us that moved so slow(Like they must of been stopping or something). When we first entered it was good, but it didn't take long before we caught up to them and then basically it was just experiencing the cool scenery. Because the actors weren't able to perform and resetup because we were right behind this family so we would already see them doing their act with the family ahead. We even would stop and wait awhile to let them get ahead. And we just caught right back up to them. So kinda killed it since it took away all the scary and jump scares. Even the actors were kinda caught off guard. We kept catching back up to this family so much that two groups caught up to us. So at this point it was just backed up. So I say all this so it can be addressed. Because it looked like it would of been fun if we actually got to experience any of the acting midway through.
