I recently ordered Birria nachos from a ghost kitchen and, honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. Authentic Mexican flavors are hard to come by outside of those small, tucked-away spots in Dallas—the kind where you go for the food, not the ambiance. But this place proved me wrong. The birria had that unmistakable depth and spice I usually only find in family-run spots that feel like well-kept secrets. I was surprised at how authentic it tasted, especially coming from a ghost kitchen. The portion was perfect. It was generous enough that I could’ve shared it, but honestly, I didn’t want to. Every bite felt like something worth savoring, and sharing would’ve been tough! The food came in a basic styrofoam container—nothing fancy—but it actually worked. There was something unpretentious about it that matched the flavors, almost like a nod to those simple yet unforgettable meals you find in the less-traveled parts of town. Delivery time was what you’d expect from a ghost kitchen—not fast, but not unreasonable either. And the wait was worth it. Usually, I think ghost kitchens miss that extra “atmosphere” you get when you walk into a traditional spot, where the decor and vibe add to the flavor. But this place somehow captured that feeling anyway; it was like tasting the essence of Latin cooking, even without the setting to match. I’m not here to convince anyone to try it—taste is subjective, and I get that not everyone will feel the same. But as for me, I’ll be ordering from here again, and I’ll be bringing friends and family along for the ride. And if they ever open a dine-in restaurant, I’ll be first in line. If you’re even a little curious, I’d say go ahead and give it a try. You might just find a new favorite.

Hello, good morning. I came to the store today to pick up an order and asked to use the restroom due to an urgent need, and the lady who assisted me refused with a very bad attitude. This kind of treatment toward a customer is unacceptable. I came only to pick up an order, and yet I was denied something as basic as access to a restroom. I request that appropriate action be taken with the staff and that you inform me what solution will be implemented to prevent situations like this from happening again to other customers. I expect an immediate response and action.

First time going to a ghost kitchen and wasn’t sure what to expect. Ordering was very easy and the wait time on a Saturday night was about ~15-20min. I ordered the birria pizza and I will say it was soooo good! Flavor was amazing and the meat was tender. The consomé also had great flavor and the salsa was a very typical green salsa. The only thing missing would’ve been some onions and cilantro but then again it was a pizza not tacos. I’ll be ordering a side next time. Great food overall!! Can’t wait to try more items from this ghost kitchen.

The Birria tacos are an absolute delight! The rich, flavorful broth that the meat is cooked in gives it an incredible depth of flavor. The meat itself is tender and juicy, practically melting in your mouth. When you dip the taco into the consomé, it adds an extra layer of savory goodness that’s hard to beat. The combination of spices, herbs, and slow-cooked meat creates a taste experience that’s both comforting and exciting. Pairing it with some fresh lime, cilantro, and onions just elevates the whole experience. If you haven’t tried the birria tacos yet, you’re definitely missing out on one of the best taco...
