For starters, my kids enjoyed their time here, although it's easy for the littles to get over run by the bigger kids AND it's not many areas the littles (2-3) can climb and reach. Never the less they still had fun. Here's where the negative begin: We booked a party here which I highly don't recommend. The party package doesnt come with everything that is listed on the site, although they do let you know that cake won't be provided. There's no organization to the "party" even though you get a party host. The party came with 3 boxes of pizza that got there soon as we arrived so the host brought it to the table mid set up. They don't have an oven to keep the pizza warm neither did they have ice for the drinks so they gave us 2 two liter sodas. The "unlimited candy" was 2 small paper plates of gummy worms. The host said when those were done he would bring more, not that would have nearly been enough for 10 kids. That was it for our party host, he would occasionally drop by to ask if we were good, not as if there was much he could or would provide. Anytime we needed a refill he would just bring over 2 new two liters, that was the only good thing about the package. The package is expensive, they make you take off all your shoes at the door and they make you make the final payment BEFORE the party, so if you're not satisfied with anything they won't care.
Probably would visit another location just for fun but would never book...
Read moreOne star because I can’t do less than that, Terrible, they didn’t give me a refund of $50, horrible customer service, manager and employees made a mistake of not communicating to us that adults also need to wear socks so they let us in with our sandals, after 5 minutes of being sitting down, the manager Stephanie came to us and very disrespectful told us that she needs to kick us out and that she was calling the police, we told her ok we will leave and she called the district manager Patrick to ask if we can get our money back and he said no. Knowing and acknowledging that it was the employees mistake for not mentioning anything about their rule.
They told me to go outside of the playground area to speak with Patrick over the phone. After the phone call they didn’t allow me to ho get my kids. I felt terrible bc I couldn’t go get my kids, I had to wait for my kids outside.
The worst experience in my life.
It’s crazy but out of 6 employees only two of them were wearing crocks and the other 4 regular shoes.
It doesn’t makes scenes at all for this people to treat you like this for not wearing socks when they are using shoes inside the venue and playground area.
Very bad and poor customer service and very bad management.
I would NEVER come back to this place and I would never recommend this place...
Read moreFirst time coming today and it was great! The staff is very nice, explained everything well. We came at 12:30 and it was very calm, maybe four families with their kids. They have clear bins and totes to hold your belongings together like your shoes as shoes aren’t allowed once inside the play area but they have plenty of tables and chairs in front and around the play area to see your kids playing. Lockers are available as well. The entry to the play area is locked and only staff can let people in and out which I love so kids can’t run out. We have been to other types of play places similar to this but they didn’t have the area secured like they do here so kids easily went to the front door. Everything is very clean and organized nicely. The music playing is kidz bop so kid friendly and not at an obnoxious sound level either which is great for me personally as my son is autistic. Also found out they can dim the lights and turn the music down more for sensory friendly environment with those needing it or those who request it. The prices for snacks is good as well. They also informed us that we can leave and come back with our receipt as the price for entry is an all day pass. This would be a great place for a party with everything they offer and the...
