Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

Every time I have been here we haven't really had a problem. Sometimes the line is long and one time I think there were new people training because it took almost 20 minutes for our food, but other than that not too bad. BUT.. yesterday, 11.20.17, we went to order food as always and the only bill we had on us was a 100 (we later looked around and found a 20). We apologized for the big bill and the lady asked if we had the 21 cents at least to make it and even dollar amount, and we did. Well then she calls the manager over and they are taking awhile to come back to the window and my boyfriend tells me they're shaking their heads no. The manager comes over to us, we didn't get her name we just know she was hispanic, and looked pissed off at us. She opened the window and started saying that our 100 dollar bill was fake due to her holding it up and seeing a "2." (idk about all that cause we didn't see anything but the seal). They then asked if we have another bill to pay with. She told us in Spanish that the bill was fake and they couldn't take it and that she'll let us order and pay this time but next time they'll have to call the police on us. We literally looked at them and laughed and stated okay go ahead but this bill isn't our fault we got this from the bank! We think it had to do with it being late and them not wanting to give change which I understand that's why I'm glad I double checked for any other bills in the car and my wallet, etc. But today, 11.21.17, by boyfriend took the bill to work and had his employer check to see if it was real, with marker and looking at it, and it is real. So props to them for lying and not knowing it was real and having 3 workers cramped up by a window trying to look down on us and act like they were going to...

This was the worst experience. I went to store 18359, in wynwood if that's not the store number, and it was disrespectful. I stopped by there, which I shouldn't have because there was no cars but 2 everyone else was at Cain and Popeyes. Anyhow, I ordered the Wednsday special(2 of them) and added 1 with cheese before I made my way to work to feed my son and me. Get to the house to drop him off only 1 burger in the bag. I ask them for 2 separate bags because I was going to work he was going else where, so the cashier was already mad cause she had to separate the orders. But, I should of known something when she looked kinda funny that it may not had been right. I call up there 4 times no answer. I swung back up there on my way to work and tell them, hey you guys forgot one of my burgers I just left less that 15 minutes ago. They swore to God I was lying. Told me they couldn't do anything without the receipt. They said they put the receipt on the bag. Now it's two bags, mind u my son had his bag to eat and the bag i had didn't have a recept so ding dong. Anyway, they were very unhelpful and I wasted $11.66 on an incomplete order. I won't stop until I get corporate unless this is a franchise. Either way I won't go back. Should of called them...

After taking a moment to process what just happened I decided to take this opportunity to write about what I just experienced. Today May 12, 2023 my family and I decided to drive to Burger King to get a hamburger as we were all craving it. My kids and I get home and start eating the burgers. After a couple bites I realized this burger is full of mold! I immediately started throwing up after realizing what I had just ate! I felt sick to my stomach and had my daughters stop eating their food. I then decided to drive back to the same Burger King to only be told by the manager “OKAY, I got it! I can only give you a refund.” How do you even make people understand that is not about the refund! Is about the trauma you have caused my family and I and that we will probably end up sick from this! What is happening with food regulations? Are they not checking the expiration dates?
