Poor customer service at the pharmacy. I had to come back 3 times for my prescription. The third time I just went in to grab a few items. I stopped by the pharmacy after I noticed it was still open. When I got there I WASNâT ( yes you read that correctly, I WASNâT!) greeted by pharmacy staff Brayson Sevin. He demanded I put on a mask before he helped me. I informed him that I didnât have one and he handed me one. I proceeded to give him the name and before I could finish putting on my mask he told me to put on the mask before I spoke to him ( in a very rude manner as if he were mad that he had to assist me). Mind you there were several store employees walking around unmasked. After he handed me my script, then grabbed the card reader placed it inside the window and closed it abruptly. He was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I will be switching pharmacyâs. This was my first time getting a prescription filled at this location and the last. I still had my other items which couldâve probably been rung up at the pharmacy but Brayson was too tired to do that. The store was packed with line wrapped around the store. Only one section of the self checkout was open. People with full baskets ringing up in the self check out while folks with one or two items had to wait in this same line. One store employees was walking around putting 2 bags on the bag stands on the other self checkout section that was closed. WEIRD! Especially when you have a backed up store and needed to open more lanes. I wonât be going back to...
Read moreThis is the store we appreciate. It's been around longer than I can remember. The newspaper stand for Dallas Morning News sets at the entrance right at the doorway to the entrance area and it is because of where the newspapers are displayed that causes some concern. If they are too close to the entrance they are subject of theft. Plain and simply put, they need to be moved inside the store where customer service can observe or place them at the front of the registers where the magazine racks are. This way the newspapers will be safe from the likelihood of being taken without being paid for by dishonest types. Another thing is they recently worked on the front entry space and reversed their shopping carts to face inward towards the store like Walmart does. The customers all enter the store through a double door going both out and in thus causing a human traffic jam of sorts. It is my feeling that there should be a second set of double doors positioned down the other end of the store or at least half way to allow more easy access getting in and out of the store. The entryway doors are self limiting and are causing a bottle neck where there are too many people going into the store and trying to get out of the store at the same point and this slows the customer flow down. Most large supermarkets I have seen have a better design for entrances and exits. Here are a few examples: Target Walmart Tom Thumb Fiesta These are good examples for Kroger to base their entrance and exits design...
Read moreThis store has a smell like something rotten or dead, coming from the back of the store and it flows throughout the store. So one day, I also went back at night and then looked over at the seafood area, the food was removed but take a close look at the pans (pic below), filthy!! So the food is put up and idk never worked in seafood but I thought blood and any residue on the pans was suppose to be cleaned off daily to keep smells and contamination down. This could be the problem. The floors are filthy (pic below) this is a regular and if you donât believe me go observe for yourself and then observe other grocery chains even Tom Thumb and you will see. Last, my car was damaged by a shopping cart in the parking lot, Krogerâs insurance company is Sedgwick, which NEVER pays anyone, example you could fall in front of them on a slippery mat or just a wet floor and they will blame your shoes, lol or you stability, you get the point. So the excuse from them is it was a âstrayâ cart left unattended see what I mean how is a cart left unattended as if itâs all out there alone when you have store workers that are suppose to get these carts back inside, thatâs the storeâs problem but somehow a cart thatâs not a person is at fault, this is crazy on another level, I will see if I can post the letter and let you read it yourself. Had the nerve to ask me to continue to be a customer at the end of the letter. When target...
