8.27.24 I'm still confused- I placed and paid for an order on the app and got called into meeting and I couldn't pick up the food until much later. Why couldn't you just remake the order that I had paid for? It was 2 small frozen lemonades and an order of nachos.... If it had been a frustratingly large order, I would maybe understand not wanting to do it... But that was less than $10 meal... Kinda lame to do imo.
3.12.24 So, here is my updated review. And I'm not sure when it changed, this place is the exact ideal of what Taco Bell should be. Everything that I have ordered in the past 6 or so months from this location specifically has been basically exactly what you see in the commercials. The size of the ingredients in the ratio etcetera are all exactly as they should be- large... Their drive-thru people are always friendly and I generally seem to be in a good mood. So, I'm adjusting my three stars to five Stars based on a comparison to other Taco bells that I have been to in the area.
I do have one very minor complaint , and it occurred tonight. They were very accommodating when I had a quick adjustment to a beverage at the drive-thru window after ordering on the app. So compliments there. The issue occurred after I got home and looked in my bag, they had forgotten the nacho cheese for my chips and dip. And honestly, not that big of a deal because that was the least important thing on my order. But I wanted to at least let them know. These are stand up individuals that run this location and I have no doubt in my mind that if I was to say something to a manager, even without my receipt, they would be more than happy to accommodate and repair any damage done. However, I will not take that extra step because it's an easy oversight, and it was at least important thing, as i mentioned. The one thing that I wish would change about this location is just how much it costs to adjust whatever sauce you do have on your item. There is a local area Taco Bell which only charges $0.10 to add jalapeno sauce on any item of your choosing. This location charges a premium of 60 to 70 cents for the same sauce on the same item. I would like to compliment management first of all for having adjusted something which caused a remarkable shift in culture or morale or something; and I would like to compliment the employees for making that change. Oh, they don't skimp on the sauce packets either like most locations do. Hey, maybe that's why it costs more to upgrade to a premium sauce on your items, to offset.
So, that is the long and the short of how I feel about this location. Def will be back. Even with the issue tonight

Read morePlaced a mobile order for drive thru. When I arrived no one answered at the speaker. I pulled to the window and when the employee inside spotted me she just rolled her eyes and picked up her cell phone. Eventually she opened the window, looked and me, and simply said “what”. I told her I had a mobile order and the name on it and once again she just rolled her eyes and shut the window. She said something to another employee then opened the window and rudely told me to pull around to the door. Another customer that had been in line behind me also pulled around to the door a few minutes later. He was basically treated like I was except originally they did answer the speaker for him, but told him they were only accepting mobile, door dash, uber, etc orders. After about 15 minutes, my food was finally brought out and the worker that had been at the window basically just slung my food into my window and turned around and walked off. Multiple times over the last couple of months I have pulled up to this location between 11pm and 1am to find the restaurant already closed although the advertised hours on the door stated 2am closing. Be wary of coming here if it’s after midnight, you might not get served.
UPDATE: 06/03 I decided to try this place again since it was on my way home. Arrived about 630pm after placing a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. When I pulled in the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake. No one in the drive-thru, but about 8 cars lined up by the door. Went to the speaker, was told to pull to window, then told to go park and they would bring my order out eventually. After waiting almost 30 minutes I went inside to ask for a refund and the manager said she wouldn’t do it and I’ve have to do that through the app and started walking away. I said it figures you wouldn’t do your job, and started walking out. She yelled “you’re a fat fucker” behind me as I was headed to the door. I hope this location...
Read moreThe only real problem I had was the cashier.. because when I went in he made a gesture for me to come to the counter after I had walked over to he asked"may I help you"...As I started to give my order...He then said "you have to use the kiosk"..(Which I originally intended to do),..As I was putting my order,he walked up..(and asked can I help you?)(AT THIS POINT, I FEEL HE IS MESSING WITH ME) I asked him to leave me alone,(he proceeded with an attitude)AND TOLD ME .."WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE"...(For what,I did NOTHING wrong)...He then said,"I'm going to get my mgr.. you have an attitude... SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY...That is when I got mad,the mgr walked up,(I had heard what he said) I said "this guy is lying".. he then said "we can take it outside"..." I said look man I'm just trying to get something to eat".. this guy has absolutely no business working up front..(a young black guy tattoos/gold teeth...he conveniently didn't have a name tag on)... They asked him to go to the back, while I was sitting and eating he was making derogatory comments toward me to a fellow co-worker and he was saying it loud enough where I could hear it so I knew who he was talking about I did not appreciate all his cursing while I was trying to eat either he is a very unprofessional young man who likes to lie and play victim with his attitude I'm sure I'm not the first person he has done this to...
