Well, finally someone who cares about customers service

I purchased a fridge, they deliver it , Before they bring it inside The guy measure my space And he told me wouldn't fit , So i have to get back to the store And pick another One or ask for my money back

Really? I asked the delivery guy If i can't find something i like and fits they will give me my money back ? Yes he said So, I went back to the store to find another one that fits my space

It was cheaper They give me Almost $ 200.00 back with no excuses no hassle

And they deliver The other fridge And they charge Me ... nothing ... This is what really surprised me Nothing Extra which it was a surprise I was expecting An extra charge

Well im happy about their customer service. I would give them More stars if i could And they are very easy going Not...

This place is amazing! I would give them 10 stars… When I walked in I needed a New refrigerator because I had just moved in my new home. I received excellent customer service, I was helped in a timely manner, I received SAME DAY SERVICE🫶🏾 and also purchased just what I needed at a great price. I’m a single mom that just purchased my first new home and I can say I didn’t feel like anyone was getting over me… Not even 3 weeks later I needed a stackable washer and dryer and I looked everywhere, everyone was either expensive or didn’t have what I wanted. Then I thought I should go back to where I purchased my refrigerator and of course they had exactly what I needed I’m so happy with my New purchase… I would definitely recommend them and would definitely buy here again……And there warranty can’t be beat...

Bad experience. The fridge I bought broke in a few days with NO USE. It was just sitting in a vacant house and the freezer door fell off!

When I took it back the owner was hostile and said there’s a scratch on it, that wasn’t there before so he can’t exchange it for another. He offered me a $750 refund on a $1085 purchase. I got him up to almost $900 and ran. Horrible experience, the warranty is a joke and employees are all rude and point fingers at the customer. I lost $200 and tons of time. Better off buying new. The prices they advertise are not accurate either. I would suggest looking up reviews on the model number before buying here. Most have tons of issues from design flaws, hence why the big box stores just pass them off to shacks like this...
