Nikki's Popcorn Company — Attraction in Dallas

I was excited to order this popcorn for an event I was hired for, using as favors for 100 guests. I ordered the popcorn on April 29th as I saw that the guaranteed date of arrival was to be May 6th. Giving me 2 days to create the favors by the event date. However, I received a call from the company on the day I ordered saying my popcorn was ready for delivery. I panicked because that was much too soon and so I asked the gentleman (Hosea I believe) to not create my order until closer to my event date. I was even good with it arriving on the 7th instead of the 6th. I was only going by what their shipping on their website was giving me (which is why I picked the 29th to order), so timing was critical as I wanted the popcorn as fresh as possible. Even after I spoke to their first rep, I called back a couple of days later to make sure they understood that i needed the popcorn as fresh as possible. Well wouldn't you know, they had to have shipped the popcorn they popped on the 29th when they first tole me the order was ready, because it arrived to me on May the 4th (again too early) and it was stale!! I had no choice but to use the popcorn as it was too late for a back up and I was embarrassed to...

I have ordered multiple treat boxes, I'm definitely a foodie. FtI was really excited to try these different flavors of popcorn and also some nostalgic candy. When I received my order I tried the toffee 1st, chocolate n nuts on top tasted stale so didn't even take another bite, tried each flavors of popcorn (bourbon bacon caramel, ranch, bacon and cheddar, and cotton candy) most of them tasted slightly stale which I could live with but the flavors were awful. The bourbon bacon caramel for some reason tasted like banana to me and I don't like banana flavoring. The bacon cheddar I couldn't really tell what it was. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The ranch was the only good one where I could really taste the ranch flavor, and the cotton candy one was okay. My daughter ate it. Just super...

Drove miles to reach this DIR to the reviews--what a waste of time and money. The popcorn was okay but quite pricy for plastic bags, especially at this time of year. Was very excited when I saw salt water taffy as that is a favorite of one of my clients. Purchased full taffy bag along with popcorn for gifts and left. Received call from taffy client reporting all but 3 flavors were so stale and hard she could not even eat them. Imagine my horror and dismay. Thank goodness my clients are forgiving. I don't understand selling outdated products that can cause expensive and extensive damage to costly dental work. I'm not so forgiving and will never return to this store. It's just bad practices and bad business. Really? There should be a law against serving...
