Visited this place this weekend and it was awful. The food was average at best, the service was non-existing, staff members I interacted with all gave different answers, all very disorganized. The TV was playing loud we couldn't even hear each other. Several items on shelves about to expire, some already expired. One customer asked the clerk if they had more products "in the back" since the items were expiring very soon and the clerk just answered "that's all we have". Receipts were never offered or given. The cashier didn't give us all of our purchased items, a whole bag was left behind after she packed them. We had to turn back around after we left the store to retrieve them and we were met with a nasty attitude as if we were mischievous, even though our items were "right there" next to her. Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this happens, my wife had to "double check" items every time she visited the store and there was always...

I came here looking for portuguese items from My homelqnd and as soon as I walked in I got insulted and rudely stared by the two women there behind the deli/bakery area. I speak and understand portuguese fluently and these women wanted to complain in portuguese and say I was just wasting their time and that I wasn't even looking for anything, they even went as far as to complain about my appearance (All while they think I didn't understand). The younger gentleman that was there was the only helpful one but they told him to not waste his time with me.

The women are rude, selfish, ignorant and treat you like garbage.

Go to Kiosk Brazil further down.

Response to the owner: There was no language barrier or misconception, the mistreatment was not of my appearance, it was them gossiping and speaking rudely about customers amongst each other. As a business owner there should be no reason for you to try and excuse there actions unless you were...

Today was my second visit this week and sadly the LACK of Brazilian hospitality was not a one off. You’d think Brazilians would take southern hospitality to the next level but instead you struggle to get any customer service. Both times I visited around 3:00 (buffet ends at 4) and the buffet was dried up and no one made any attempt to refill. When I asked about it I was told it was too late. The first time I visited I was surprised how slow the snack bar was even though there was only one person in front of me. Instead of an employee jumping on to help they just ignored us. The second time the buffet was empty AGAIN and instead of friendliness I noticed a male sitting in the dining staring down the staff. When an employee came over to speak with him I realized it was management. Management is not leading by example and the vibe is off and unorganized. I gave two stars because of the variety in merchandise that...

Authentic Brazilian food, loved everything. We had coxinha, kibe e pastel. It was a great flavor from home. I do recommend. The waitress were kind and polite. They also have a great variety of Brazilian goods, like massa de pastel, picanha, linquiça Toscana, requeijão and other items that will bring you straight back to Brazil. Congratulations to the owners, you have something really nice going on here. We will definitely return as many times as we can.

High quality establishment, clearly the owners considered all than a Brazilian expat would like to find in a Brazilian market/restaurant, and made sure that they were available in a nice setting. The food from the buffet was really good and well seasoned. We'll be sure to try the salgados and pastéis on our next visit! The açaí was delicious. Well worth a visit whenever the "saudade" of home hits hard!

I've never had Brazilian desserts, but I've been wanting to try some since watching a reality show where the lady made Mousse Maracuja, a creamy dessert made from passion fruit. I also tried the Brigadeirao, a sort of chocolate truffle. Both were very tasty! The women that work here are very welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have about the food/dessert.
