Who would have thought that Dallas's best Thai restaurant would be in a strip mall on the edge of Plano, next to an Albertsons? But they really do deserve the name "best." Super fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, generous portions (I usually have leftovers, and the food becomes even more delicious in leftover form), friendly staff, quick service, very reasonable prices (just under $10 for lunch). I love this place. Chicken pad thai and chicken grapow are crazy delicious. And if you want a real off-the-beaten path treat, try Kao Soi Kai, an Indian-Thai soup with chicken, noodles, crunchy noodles, and pickled vegetables. It will restore your soul.

Delicious and tasty food. Make sure you're careful when ordering the spicy level. We had a 3 last time and we didn't think it was too spicy so we went for five this time and it didn't disappoint. Five is not for the faint of heart. They're vegan selection is great and very accommodating when ordering. Been there twice now and had a wonderful server who was knowledgeable about the menu and very pleasant. Pleasant background music, cool AC, beautiful decor and tables that are set beautifully. Perfect for a quiet date night or dinner with the family. Five stars all around?

I ordered a beef curry and basically no protein in the meal. I guess 3 OZ if protein in a $ 14.25 meal is not professional. Don’t ask the people bring the food back that is so unprofessional in order to avoid this kind of situations just serve what the client paid for. as a customer is so unpleasant take dinner home and bring it back because some one is trying to save Money to the owner Please don’t try to take advantage of guess with this kind of practices. This is the reason why lot of restaurants lost clients.

Disgusted by the treatment I experienced at this location. I placed an order online and when I went in to pick it up I saw a to-go order on the counter and proceeded to check the receipt to see if my name was listed (which I have done before when there wasn't an attendant at the front). After I realized it wasn't my order I pushed the order back into it's place and that's when I saw and older man walk up to me - I let him know that I was there to pick up my order. He then tells me to MOVE so that he can check the receipt that I had just checked. I let him know that I had already checked the receipt and that the order wasn't mine but I also let him know that he didn't have to tell me to MOVE. He then goes on to tell me that if I wanted his help then I needed to MOVE as if there wasn't any other way he could have asked me to step aside. I then let him know that he was RUDE and that I can read and didn't need him to verify what I had already confirmed by checking the receipt myself. The older men then touched my shoulder, which I didn't like, and I so told him to not touch me. The old man stood there dumbfounded at the fact that I called him out on his actions and offered no apology: he only tried to justify his actions. In addition, the staff who witnessed the encounter offered no support or mediation.

All of that to say, I am disgusted at how I was treated at this location and it's really unfortunate that I experienced this. I am highly disappointed in the staff and will no longer recommend...

Management needs to step up when customers complain at Frankford location. I eat here 3-4 times a week and I only have issues on Saturdays with my food being wrong. However, today the manager was there when I picked my food up and brought it back twice to be corrected. She did not say anything or acknowledge the issues at hand. She did continue to sit there and drink her alcohol (which is not professional at all) though smh. Good food and convenient (bc I work in the same shopping center) but I will not be back. I said "Can I have my money back bc I don't feel comfortable to keep sending it back?" I expected her to do what managers do and offer to take it back herself and make sure everything was correct. But she didn't even look my way. Then the employee tells me he settled the receipt but I would have to contact chow now to get a refund bc I ordered online. Needless to say... I'm done with this place. I will also let all of my co-workers and employees at the other businesses in this shopping center know how little we mean to your business. My dollars will go where they are more appreciated. All I wanted was the food I ordered and how I ordered it. I guess that was too...

Came in tonight to get some food. I’ve eaten here many times, and it’s always good. Tonight thought to Tom Ka (Coconut soup) with chicken tasted different than usual. Was much darker than usual, and just wasn’t really up to the great quality I’m used to. If this is the way it always will be made, I won’t get it anymore.

I also got the Pad Thai (chicken) as my entree. It was pretty good, as usual, no real complaints here.

The last thing I got was some crispy spring rolls. These were inedible. Absolutely terrible and flavorless. They weren’t crispy but that was probably more cuz they steamed away in a closed container I’ve seen some places cut corners off to go boxes to keep from steaming fried items, but these were barely crispy, mostly mushy. The first bite was terrible. I have gotten these before and my wife and I have always enjoyed them. But tonight they were horrible, I threw them away after one bite. Whatever is inside them was tough, chewy and flavorless.

I’ll probably be back, but tonight’s offering...
