Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

(delivery) If you are just craving dough this is your place.. I have eaten close to nothing in the past few days and finally had the appetite for pizza. Last time we ordered we had a buffalo pizza and it was okay, a bit tasteless in the pizza department but the sauce hit the spot. Although today after it was delivered, giving it one more shot ordering a veggie, our pizza did not seem to be cooked all the way (the middle was uncooked) like it was in a rush to get out the door, there was hardly any mushrooms (only on two of the slices) some of the veggies were cold and the jalapenos were ice cold as if they forgot to add them before cooking and some veggies were also on the wrong side so one of us can't eat it now because of an allergy. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, and maybe last time they just felt like giving us extra cheese but this time there are multiple pieces where there's little to no cheese or toppings. Also the jalapeno popper rolls were so overcooked there was only the jalapeno and bread left, no kinds of cheese. I am more disappointed that I lost my appetite than angry that it is horrible. Maybe we will try again in a few years. I give a 25% tip as well and I'm not expecting anything extra but I would like the order to at least be correct. I had ordered my pizza on the phone I had ordered 14 inch cheddar fresh spinach, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, half sausage, pepperoni, half chicken and a garlic cup and pepperoni peppers when going to the location, the order was not correct the first time so I asked her to remake it again. The second time it was brought to me it was not correct. I called the store the next day I spoke to a manager, William. He said that he was going to remake my pizza and give me a partial refund. I told him thank you When I called to redeem that in the general manager, Michelle Goins made a statement that William was not supposed to say that to me and I am not going to get my remake of a pizza. I ordered TWO PAPIDIAS and a Shaq-a-roni for delivery. They did not send the papidoas and I was not charged for them but what has me absolutely LIVID!!!! is the pizza was just something extra. The entire order was for the Papidias so I requested the driver to come get the pizza and refund me. The manager said he would send him back... Okay fine. I'll bring it back and he said HE WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!! I really don't want the pizza! It was only purchased in case we got hungry later!
