If I could I would give it a 0 star!! Had just gotten off work and me and my family decided to get something before the night ended. Our order was taken and once we got out of the drive thru we noticed we weren’t charged for a kids plain cheeseburger that we wanted. So I go in there and TRY to order it and I was told by the manager that they were close cus their cook had just quit. I was dumbfounded at the moment and was Questioning it but I just walked off because he is insisted his cook had quit and I didnt want my food to get cold . ( what I already had) We get home and our order is WRONG Everything . We asked for no tomatoes and no onion on the #4 and it came with it was also suppose to have cheese and it didn’t .Kids cheeseburgers where suppose to have cheese and didn’t have any. My munchies meal I asked for light jalapeños and it didn’t come with any. I also asked to sub the onion rings for bacon (which I got charged for) and they didn’t even give me the bacon I paid for. Last but not lease the sprite on the kids meals had no CO2 I am so disappointed and will be coming back for my refund. Also, i recommend you get a new manager. If your manager can’t hop on the grill and take lead of the store I recommend you get a new leader. Someone who says “ I am not a cook I don’t get on the grill isn’t suppose to be a manager

I went this morning to get some breakfast before heading to work I figured I would get some of the new loaded spicy bacon curly fries also. What a disappointment when I open my the box the fries come in and it had no bacon, no jalapeños, and it looked like it had been shaken up. I am 18 minutes away and do not have time to go back. This franchise has gone down! I never review but I’m just getting tired of not getting what I paid for! Just purely disgusted.

I had such bad service here that I had to borrow my friend's phone to leave a review to let everybody know not to spend their money at this location. The food is decent but the customer service is terrible Like terrible in a way that I can't even begin to actually understand I worked on service industry for 20 years and I've never seen people treat people as badly as the people that work in this place treat their customers Anthony employees today was refused service simply because of my housing status you would think that somebody would understand when a homeless person comes in to a restaurant with what little money they have to spend it that they might be treated as like actual humans but no I was refused service and did not get to eat again which is ironic because today I actually have enough money to be able to feed myself and my boyfriend. We were excited because we were going to get to have a little date niwhat's too many I'm sure they would laugh at the fact that our date night was at Jack in the box and they might laugh at the fact that a Jack in the box meal is something special to us but since we don't have very much money it is special food and generally special when you don't have it all the time. The women that are working the shift right now need to be fired they should have been fired a long time ago. They were bullying the woman in the front telling her if she served me they would call their boss and have her fired just because they had a bad experience with one homeless person at some point in here does not mean that we are all terrible people and I have not done anything to any of these women nor have I ever had any issues at this restaurant that I caused all the issues are simply on the workers ends they are terrible rude people and I cannot Express enoughHow hurtful and disappointing this Experience has been I'm walking away from the restaurant with what little money you have stealing my pocket crying because some ignorant hispanic lady it who doesn't even speak english is judging me. I'll never understand people like this corporate you need to do something about this store you need to cut it and fire all of the employees who don't actually come to work serve the customers to the best of their ability if they can't reflect your company values and treat people as equals they don't need to work here because they're only making your company look Stupid whoever manages this store must be very absent or they are also just ignorant judgmental people and they need to be fired as well one of the managers Daniel he's really nice and he does his best to accommodate everybody but the people that work for him they do not listen or respect him or they respect their customers he's probably the only person in the store other than the nice castier lady that the women were bullying tonight that shouldn't be fired I generally hope that you take this complaint into consideration just because I'm homeless doesn't mean that I'm stupid ignorant or that I don't deserve to be treated like an equal I am educated I'm just going through a hard time I really want to speak with someone from a corporate if somebody could contact me on my...

All the food was tasty, but this seriously ended up being the messiest meal I've had in a very long time. First, the lady who took my order somehow thought I meant I wanted two drinks with my order, when it was clearly just me, alone, on a cane with no way to carry two drinks. So I got rang up for a shake and a soft drink, which was different from the size I told her I wanted. Next, my monster tacos leaked meat and lettuce all over the table, despite my efforts to keep everything contained in the paper bags? they came in. Both of my drinks managed to spill, but I was able to clean them up thanks to the plentiful napkins that were readily available. The summer shake spilled when I tried to stir the ice cream into the soda. The soft drink spilling was completely my fault due to my own clumsiness. The cup it was in did contain the liquid inside rather well and only a little bit actually made it onto the table, making it easy to clean up. Because I had two drinks and only room for one in my car, when I left I managed to spill the shake (again), this time all over my interior. My burger was pretty 'clean' in that it didn't really leak or cause a mess, and was rather tasty. Thanks, Jack! I'm still very sticky and so is my phone and car interior due to the mess created in my vehicle due to the lack of numerous cup holders. If the lady had listened when I said 3 or 4 times that I wanted a shake when she asked what size drink I wanted, I might not have had such a sticky interior. And I did say that I wanted a summer shake 4 or 5 times (total,) never stating that I wanted just a drink. I even said I wanted a shake instead of a soft drink at the end, when she asked if I wanted anything else, because it was clear she didn't get it the first 3 or 4 times I said I wanted a shake. I will say that the staff was very polite and helpful, even bringing my food out to me, which was nice. They also went out of their way to get me napkins and a straw, making a separate trip specifically for those items. This extra care was very much appreciated and is part of what earned the 2 extra stars here. All in all, I'll go back and eat there again, but not during my work lunch break as it's too messy and I need to return to work as clean as I was...

At approximately 1928 hours I had went to this Jack in the box to order food for me and my family. When I got to the speaker the drive thru employee did not greet the costumer nor introduced her self. While I was ordering the the microphone employee later identified as “Stacey” kept interrupting and saying move up to the window while the costumer was still ordering. When costumer arrived at the window employee looked like she didn’t want to work and extremely rude. She stated an order which the order was similar to mines. When Stacey observed that costumer didn’t move she opened the window and said “what! What are you missing”. Costumer stated to her calmly ma’am I’m missing a few object that I ordered. Then she decided to give an attitude snatched the bag from the costumers hand. Costumer said all he wants is his food and will not argue with her. Stacey then proceeded to say “well I can refuse service bye” as employee slammed the door and walked away she failed to wait and hear me ask for a supervisor. I observed how the team leader was confused and don’t know what was going on. When the team leader later identified as Maria approached the window I told her that yes I’m aware they can refuse service but her taking the food and not giving the costumer his refund is now considered as theft. Costumer explained to tame leader how poor of a job Stacey is doing. The sad thing to add is team leader said that store Mananger knows and isn’t the first time nor second time someone complains about miss Stacey. I told team leader that her action are not acceptable and should be sent home. Team leader stated she will. Costumer like miss Stacey are the type that will get lawsuits coming to Jack if she is employed. I’m truly disappointed on how poorly the higher ups are dealing with employees stupidity. I’d like to make a formal complaint the the GM to this store and a formal complaint to corporate if this store is not a...
