I hate to complain but I emailed the store manager on 12/20/2020 and no one got back to me so here it goes.
I heard about OVME, by a local influencer and decided to give OVME a chance and decided to go for just a "lip filler" however, when I met my sales rep Taylor Clark, she basically went over the other services you all offered and I ended up purchasing more than just the lip filler. The only service I have ever received was lip filler by another Doctor in Dallas, so I decided to give it a try. Taylor ended up selling me the products attached below, honestly I did not pay attention to how much exact product she used because it was my first time and during the process Taylor accidentally hit a vein under my eye and I bled so I was just caught in that moment - when Taylor finished my services she specifically told me "you still have 1 more syringe left, and you have a year to use it" in my mind I thought that was pretty cool and decided to use it in December before the holidays. Well I was wrong, I called OVME on 12/14 to schedule an appointment for that syringe and I do not know who was working that shift but I called around 11 am, whoever answered told me they would verify with Taylor and return my call I did not hear back until Wednesday when I called again to verify, The rep that answered let me know that I did have a syringe of restylane for jaw / under eye but again she would call me to confirm. I don't know who it was that I spoke to, and I do apologize but it was around 4- 5PM because I called late in the day, I just did not think it would be a big deal and had to take notes on everyone I spoke to because I thought I could just make an appointment, use the syringe as I was told, and be done with this transaction.
The next day, (Thursday 12/17/2020) I called again and Angela said she confirmed and that Taylor used all the product and gave me several apologies on Taylors behalf and basically asked me did I see how much product was used!? REALLY?? I responded to her that I did not think I would have to be checking an inventory on how much product was used. I was just going off of what Taylor said, at this point I do not know how I feel about this, or what to believe. All I know is that I paid $2200 and feel like the expectations were not met as I was told. Why would my rep Taylor tell me I had a full syringe that expired in a year? Why does the receipt say something similar. Why did one rep confirm and the next day Angela say the opposite? Just over the entire experience and to top it off I emailed the store manager Gabrielle, and never heard anything back. I guess that is how OVME occasionally...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location has treated me extremely well these past few months but today was a little bit bittersweet and put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation. I scheduled an appointment to get under-eye PRP done and the person treating me couldn't find a vein. She poked me twice, one time in each arm. Then she questioned where doctors draw my blood. I told her from the inside of my elbow.... My right arm actually hurt and had to be iced afterwards. Her coworker came in to help her because she said my veins were too small. Her coworker came in and said ''there's a big vein right here'' and painlessly got blood out of me with no issues within just a minute. At this time I'd already been there for over an hour. When I got PRP done the person who couldn't draw blood from me was doing my treatment right underneath my eyes. You should be able to see why that would put me in an uncomfortable situation...I still let her do the procedure because I didn't want to humiliate anyone. Everyone apologized and was really kind but for something I'm spending a lot of money on even with the membership I expect better care. Also, not to be harsh ....someone who couldn't draw blood out of my arm shouldn't be injecting people with fluids right underneath their eyes. You only get one face, and it's very frustrating and upsetting to put your clients in a situation like this....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to OVME because where I usually get my Botox done was fully booked. I saw OVME was having a sale on Botox so I figured why not. I went and the people there were very friendly. I went to the back and the young lady who was going to inject me was nice as well. I told her that I had a history of Botox and what I wanted. Simple. She injected me and told me to follow up with her in two weeks and would touch me up if I was having any unwanted movement. Me thinking the amount of units she injected I didnāt think I was going to need a touch up. The two weeks went by and I was having more movement than usual post Botox. I went back up there and the injector gave me 2 units. I was a bit confused because what was 2 units going to do with movement I was having. As I am disappointed with the service, I will not be returning. These services are not cheap and hate to...
