Primrose School of Bent Trail — Attraction in Dallas

Our time at Primrose Bent Trail has been absolutely wonderful! It is such an overwhelming experience picking a daycare for your new baby and trusting strangers to care for your baby as you return to work after spending every moment with them, but with this daycare and it’s exceptional teachers I have always felt more than comfortable. They are amazing and have loved my son as their own!

The administrators care about quality and safety and the teachers bring the passion that is necessary to foster growth and development in young children.

They provide an enriched environment full of experiences, consistently communicate with parents through the procare app, and host parents night out events where you can receive child care for a small cost (much less than a babysitter will charge for a few hours!). Our son has attended daycare here from 4 months-19 months and has learned everything from arts and crafts, how to walk, how to talk, how to feed himself, play nicely with his peers, to how to interact with animals. So much of what makes him who he is has come from this school and its teachers. His teachers send home notes written to him that I will keep forever, describing how he’s growing, what he’s doing, and how much they enjoy him in their class. These little things make the experience at Primrose Bent Trail so special.

Sadly, we have made the decision to end our time at Primrose Bent Trail for now but it has nothing to do with this school and is rather based on life circumstances taking us in a different direction. It’s been a difficult decision to make but even through this transition the staff have been more than genuine and supportive. It’s incredible to feel like a part of the family even as you transition away. My son was happy at Primrose Bent Trail every single day. We always received photos of him grinning ear to ear, usually on the playground. He made some great friendships and just had the best time feeling so loved and...

I’ve got nothing to say but good things about this school. Tentative as I was being a new working mom in the peak of the pandemic to part with my baby for the first time, Primrose at Bent Trail made the process so accommodating. Within the first week, we noted an acceleration in out son’s learning and development.

The teachers are incredible in their skills and tremendous in their patience. The school is kept clean and the curriculums are stimulating. It is so reassuring to observe both of my children are growing up with such confidence in an environment that perfectly blends education, physical activity, art and music while being surrounded by teachers that are compassionate and adaptive to each child’s independent needs. My husband and I look forward to the pictures of them posted daily on the mobile app. New moms, do not be deterred that you don’t get constant video surveillance…this is not needed and it’s better in the long run for parents and baby not to be constantly hovering. I’m only mentioning this because as a new mom, I couldn’t stand the thought of having my kid out of direct sight for a moment and you’ll just have to trust me on this one.

When I had my second baby, there was no hesitation that she’d have the same great experience. You can see there are many siblings that attend the school which reflects many parents must share in the same opinion. Another thing we’ve noticed is that in speaking with peers with children that attend other schools, the teacher turn-over rate is much slower which means the teachers enjoy what they do and this provides consistence for the kids.

I cannot speak for all Primroses because this is the only one we’ve had a direct experience with, but if you are considering Bent Trail, consider...

My wife and I have 2 boys ages 9 and 2. Our oldest has been in the after school program since 2021 and youngest has been attending Primrose from infancy.

For the past 3 years, Primrose has been great for our family. My wife and I both work and need good childcare for our kiddos.

The teachers have been great for them and great with us. The boys are happy when they get dropped off and smiling when they leave. Our youngest actually gives his teachers hugs sometimes.

The procare app also keeps us parents fully updated throughout the day regarding feedings, diaper changes, and activities/events which happen almost daily.

Kiddos get sick and bonk their heads on a regular basis. The ladies at the front office are GREAT about keeping us updated with health warnings. They send emails and inform us in person when picking up/dropping off. If they get sick my wife and I get calls to come pick them up ASAP to keep the school clean.

In our 3 years here we have had zero issues with the teachers. They genuinely love what they do. They are always professional and smiling. Mrs Brenna and Ms Desi in particular are amazing but they're all rockstars in my book.

The front office staff is awesome. Also all rockstars.

Childcare is expensive, but we found a good one with Primrose School of Bent Trail. Keep up the good work. We will continue to grace ya'll with our boys presence for...
