Hubby and an old high school friend wanted to catch up on old times. After much deliberation, they chose Atash. We arrived when they first opened, so we were able to be seated quickly. Our server was incredibly sweet and perceptive. We did not feel rushed at all. We ordered the hummus for our appetizer. It was very hard not to just gobble it all up! For our entrees, we chose the spicy chicken kabob and ghormeh sabzit. We could not pass up on dessert, so we chose the Persian cake roulette and chocolate cake. Later, I ordered the baklava to take home. All our dishes were flavorful and elegantly plated.

Today was my second visit to this Persian & Mediterranean restaurant, and it won’t be my last! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and healthy. Our server was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We came for lunch, and at first, it was surprisingly quiet, but as we enjoyed our meal, more guests started to arrive. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, friendly service, and minimal wait time, this is the place to go! And the lunch special? Incredible value—super affordable for the generous portions and quality. Highly recommend!

Everything was WONDERFUL!!! The kabob and rice were delicious, the extra touches and presentation were also beautiful. In the Persian culture we typically eat at home, but this was all the comforts of home cooking and my parents (who are very proud of their own kabob they’ve been making for 60+ years) stated this was the best kabob they’ve ever had and I agree. We live in Fort Worth but will gladly make the trip to Dallas for a great meal. I’m excited to try the tachin and ghormeh sabzi next time, thank you for making my birthday lunch so special!

Arrive hungry and leave amazed — this place truly lives up to its 4.8 rating!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the kindest and most friendly staff, which immediately set a welcoming tone. Neither of us had been here before, and honestly, I wasn’t sure if my husband would enjoy the food, but I was optimistic.

The portions were generously sized, and the dishes were bursting with authentic flavors that truly transported us. Every bite was a delightful experience, and it’s clear that quality ingredients and care go into every plate. The kabobs and the lasagna are a must have.

This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way — fantastic food, warm atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable...

I have been going to this establishment since it was Giovanni. 20 years i was sad when they closed but was excited when passing down Preston and saw new ownership and name. Me and my children went and we had amazing service from friendly staff, wonderful food, great Persian Playlist I was vibing to. I will be back since I called my girlfriends and said let's all go for girls dinner I want yall to try this place. I left happy I sincerely wish prosperity and good blessings for this establishment. I will hopefully get to keep coming for another 20 years. Thank you for bringing joy to me and my children...
