I’ve been shopping at this store for over 10 years and consistently spend a considerable amount. Unfortunately, I’m leaving a one-star review because this is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with the fitting room staff.

Last Saturday, one employee had an unwelcoming attitude. And today, another treated us as if we were attempting to steal. She had us hang our clothes on the rack, counted each item, and then started patting them down, almost as if we were hiding something. I understand that monitoring items is part of her job—but where has basic customer service gone?

Smiling, greeting customers, making people feel welcome—that’s what keeps regulars coming back.

While I waited outside the fitting room for my son, I noticed her demeanor made other customers visibly uncomfortable as well.

I remember a time when a cheerful employee used to greet everyone warmly, her high-spirited energy uplifting the whole atmosphere. That used to make the shopping experience enjoyable. But today, it felt like we were being profiled and treated with suspicion.

Before anyone says, “Well, theft happens,” I get it. But there’s a respectful way to manage inventory. You don’t need to pat down clothes like someone’s hiding something—just count them. One woman even walked by wearing small, tight clothing, and it’s pretty clear no one’s sneaking anything out in that.

I didn’t appreciate the experience. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

I strongly recommend that management assign their most cheerful and welcoming employees to work in the fitting room area. Customers typically interact with just the fitting room staff and cashiers, and the quality of that interaction can truly shape the...

I don’t ever leave reviews but because of how ghetto and unprofessional my experience was I’m sitting in my car leaving this. I didn’t give it 1 star because I found some good products, but the manager Rhonda was rude and extremely annoying. I didn’t even have a personal encounter with her but while in line she loudly expressed her annoyance with people putting their things on the baskets in the waiting line. Shouting “who did this” then went on the intercom and made an announcement to customers to put their stuff up and not leave them in the wrong place. Then shouted “what’s wrong with these people!” IN FRONT OF A LINE OF CUSTOMERS LOOKING AT US LIKE DID YOU DO THIS? Then the ladies in front of me were trying to get change and the lady at the cash register couldn’t do the math so she came over to help and ended up rudely saying in front of the customer “dont let them do that” referring to the customer. Not even addressing them just talking about them in their face. The ladies were nice and just left without saying anything but the manager was super aggressive and confrontative. I’m just glad it wasn’t to me because she would’ve been cussed out. Maybe they had a long day but I was strongly turned off from the store a management style being a buisness...

Closing earlier and earlier! Don’t even bother trying to come here. This location is a joke!! Tried to come in at 9:15 on a weekend and was told they are closed and we not able to come in… wish that management took care of staff better so turnover wasn’t so great. I have often come and we are waiting in line over 30 mins due to there being only one or two cashiers working for a line all the way to the mens clothes.

It’s in such a central location so I understand that it gets busy but it would be more convenient to have a short speedy line for people with just a few things and another line for those with tons more items so we don’t all have to wait in line together as that’s not really fair.

Honestly though a lot of polyester items and polyester is just plastic, not durable or sustainable - I suggest you shop elsewhere . Check out online stores: Pact, Boodywear, Kotn and some others! I’m disappointed that Ross only pays their workers $12 for the amount of traffic this location gets they need to hire reliable staff…

Edit-I tried to stop in here today. On a Tuesday night while they are open and they wouldn’t let me come inside not even to browse saying they are short staffed. This location is really...
