FixPhone - Phone Repair, Tablet and Computer repair — Attraction in Danbury

I went into fixphone with my step daughter to have her iPhone 14 Pro fixed. It needed a new battery. The young woman that helped me was very nice. Said she could have the battery ordered and here the following night or the next day. That she would call and let me know when it was here. I never heard from her two days later so I called she told me it would be here the following day. Mind u never calling me to have inform me of this. So I waited next day came no call still so I called the following morning she then told me that she said it would be here this day and not the previous. Which was a lie. She also said she talked to me about this the previous day and I told her I never even talked that day and she said oh yea I was off that day someone else was supposed to call you. Lies again. Anyway she said she had battery at this point and she just had to open the box give her a hour. So I waited 2 hours called back and she then said she still didn’t open the box maybe I should just try somewhere else else. I called mobile repair also In the mall. They had my step daughters phone fixed in 10 mins!!! I recommend skipping fixphone and going directly to mobile rescue. There very nice and...

Avoid these people like the plague. They will ruin your phone.

My s9 screen was broken. Take it in, tech says 30 minutes. I call a few hours later- they broke the charging port for the phone but likely won't get a replacement in time before closing (I brought this in at 3 pm on a Thursday). Come in next day, they rudely tell me that they'll call me. They never do, I have to follow up with them to confirm that they finished it. I picked the phone up and it doesn't receive reception. They gave me a reimbursement of the labor ($80) but refuse to give a full refund. They offered to fix the problem, but I don't trust them operating a pencil let alone my phone at this point.

I take it over to Mobile rescue to fix their screw-up. Turns out they installed the incorrect component because the wires are different lengths and colors. I won't get into details about mobile rescue, but it's been 2 weeks and my phone still doesn't...

If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. I will never go back here ever and I wish I never went here in the first place. First they asked me for phone password which I thought was weird since no other screen fix it asked for the password.The first time they fixed there was glue bubbles on the bottom of the screen. If you compared the brightness to any other fixed phone or original Apple screen the brightness is definilty duller, and the screen is rough and lifting on the sides. I also had to wait 3 hours for my screen to be fixed I realize stores are busy but 3 hours is unexceptable. I am extreamly upset and unsatisfied that I payed $130 for all this. I do not recommend this place at all. Since this place is in the danbury fair mall I recommend going to zagg across from Apple it’s cheaper, faster and the workers are very helpful...
